Well found out There's actually a vice city easter egg in the fine arts file mission, where there's a chance you'll get to steal the Tiki collectable from GTA vice city and it makes the same pick up noise from vice city.

02:02:02 that's extremely ironic 😆 . but The brute Force file is so stupid with how they have the guards placed and with the challenge you have to do. First off you have to get to fort zancudo in under 5 minutes, then you have to stealth your way all the way to I guess A hanger. But the thing is the game doesn't even tell you where that is 😒 and on top of that I try to fully stealth it all the way to getting the tank and I instantly got caught because a guard was just standing right around the corner and was not moving JUST LIKE WHERE I TIME STAMPED IT FOR PROFESSIONAL. and no matter how many times I restarted and try to stealth kill that guy it always alerted the rest and I can never finish that challenge. Then you have to go outside and blow up five vehicles with the tank turret. Now you can either die multiple times while trying to get Merryweather or just shoot them out and waste more time or you can blow up civilian vehicles and get the cops called on you nearly immediately and you cannot call Lester.
