Definitely one of the better DLCs we got after almost a decade. It's not as great in terms of Money Making compared to Cayo, but in terms of sitting back, watching the cutscenes and laughing along with the characters is something GTA Online has lacked a lot. Normally in GTA Online, we laugh AT the characters.

If you think about it though it's a bit weird. Gta 5 is supposed to be a different universe from the trilogy. So either they lied, or they decided to make them one universe by referencing an event from SA as if it happened in the gta 4 and 5 universe. For 26:57 "Mr.Phillips!": I do believe what the guy yelled was “你死定了 (Ni Si Ding Le)”, meaning "you're certainly going to die" or something like that. Though not gonna lie, now I actually like how Matto interpreted it.
