I absolutely can not stand her and her husband. They're annoying AH, and they always act like they're the ones doing all the work, when they're just kicking back at the shop relaxing.

This is the only game I play muted just because there isn't a separate volume option between sound effects and the in-game voice-acting dialogue. She is the main reason I never visit my auto shop.

No amount of money is worth listening to them talk. They're so lucky they have a constant stream of new cars coming in or I'd never come to the auto shop. The short contracts aren't worth it either.
