GTA Online Top 5 Worst Sell Missions

Me doing a list of the top 5 worst sell missions in GTA Online. These are missions that you can encounter when you sell your various businesses. We are going to be looking at the worst sell mission in each business and what makes it bad. To determine the worst missions we will be looking at them based on effort, how long it takes, how complex they are and how much risk there is in the mission of cargo being destroyed.

dude the cargo bob mission the easiest mission for the night clubs, you just turn on ghost, drive up, half way through it's off so any other players can't get to you in time, you just pick it up and literally run the vehicle into the sides of the ship. I don't know if you knew that. All you have to do is fly the cargo bob above the barge and run the delivery vehicle into one of the sides near the delivery area on the barge, it automatically will drop.

Also let the fact that GTA5 came out more than 5 years ago, and is still generating considerable amounts of cash for R*, sink in. For 2013 it was way ahead of it's competition. The Dune FAV sale is the one bunker sell mission I absolutely refuse to do. My absolute favorite is the Phantom Wedge sell mission.

I also hate the monster truck mission because there is a glitch on that whee you can’t make the drops just like the Special Cargo Titan glitch. It only happened if I had more than one vehicle.

The Phantom Wedge is good because if you sell the full thing then you only get two. It is fast, rams players and cops out of they way, and you have to drive to one place.

I see it came in at number three -- definitely better than the Nightclub Cargobob mission, never had a problem with that - another thing about the Dune buggies is that they are slow, handle terribly, and stop dead if you hit anything, not only making it super frustrating but leaving you a sitting duck! Plus some of the drops are off-road by some distance, soooo annoying

I always thought, if you own the actual vehicle that its giving you to use, they should make it automatic that you use your personal. So like the Post OP mission you could use the armored boxcar or even just an upgraded regular one if you own it.

I know right, it is indeed very frustrating😠. Nonetheless, for every bunker sell mission, I always hope for getting the Phantom Wedge delivery vehicles or the insurgent delivery vehicles (with no merryweather coming after you), but guess what, most of the time, it is in my dreams😕.

Selling at 1 bar of product only spawns 1 Dune, making it not so bad if you play solo. I think the merryweather and Marshall Sales are far worse - at least the Dune is somewhat fun to drive.

Copenharvest i don't sell at 1 bar + the marshall sales missions is easy asf and you can complete it much easier. And i think that the Marshall are much more fun to drive around.

@Shadow Hedgehog I am not disputing the Dune mission is difficult to impossible if you are solo - which is why I buy supplies and sell at one bar. And I happen to find the Marshall super annoying to drive (I just ignore the buzzards - they never get me) and the Dune kinda fun, which is obviously entirely subjective, as is your own preference. I do agree that taking the Dune off road can be very risky, as it does get stuck or drowned easily.

@Shadow Hedgehog Yes blowing the OP npc's up with mines is very satisfying. And I know the cutoff for one vehicle sell is a bit more than one bar, but selling at one bar and buying full supplies at the same time, is just so convenient for me as a solo player.

A few days ago I saw some people selling special cargo and I was in my Akula, about to kill them but then I remembered the amount of effort it took them to gather all those crates and let them go. I just can't kill people doing sell missions anymore. I feel too bad. Also people who use the oppressor to kill people doing sell missions are the scum of the earth.

Same goes for me. Except, I actually blew up the cargo. But I felt terrible immediately after doing so. So I wanted to help them sources all those crates again. But I knew they wouldn’t trust me because I griefed them. So I vowed never to destroy cargo again. And if you don’t feel remorse for doing it, you're a complete utter scumbag.

I did a sell mission this morning for my coke business. It was the one with the old style truck with the crate in the back. On the way from Sandy Shores I got attacked by bikers. Shot some of them, ran some others over just as I passed the casino. I had no one following me after that, but I kept getting bullet holes in the truck and ping noises all the way there! I’ve heard of the GTA AI having amazing aim, but across half the map while they’re lying dead at the side of the road is something else...

I agree, The Post Op sale is the worst mission I've ever seen in this game. I preferer the trashmaster mission from MC Bussines or the FAV buggy from Bunker, because I can do it in solo without players in the room, but I've never completed The post OP mission, only I've sold 10 or 11 of 15 creates and that is really annoying.

I have all business and grinded all of them a lot, solo and with crew, but got so tired of this crappy sales stuff, specially Hangars, that now I only supply the bunker and leave all the rest empty but active to fill the Nightclub, now if you afk regularly on videocameras while you are not playing and even going out from home, bunker and nightclub they fill quick and with only those two you can make more than 1 Million per day/session just by selling full bunker and half Nightclub, more than enough to keep buying toys, having 25 Mils aside for the next DLC and having fun with only cool sales and gameplays and leave these roughest grinds behind

I agree completely, I have the airplane hangar but have never done any of the sell missions from it for that reason. I let the nightclub handle it and only reopen my bunker when it's double money. I make a lot off my vehicle warehouse using a cargobob.

I totally dig your attitude. i have been non-supplying the mc business for a few months but i have been going back to them recently.. the only business i do not provide any more is the weed farm. i recently destroyed the delivery vehicle because i had to do the 'stoner' mission once again. recently finally al my bunker research was done so i can concentrate it on gun production again.. tho i must say some of the bunker sales i also hate. i managed to save up almost 70 mil the last year so i have some very good leeway

I already own everything I want in the game and have $30 million in the bank and I've only been playing for 4 months. MC Businesses made me a lot of money but fuck doing those sales missions ever again. Never even attempted the Hangar missions as I heard it's not worth it...

I KNEW that the Post-Op sale mission was gonna be on the list and in number one. That is truly terrible to make, everytime it appears to me I leave the session immediately, just a big "NOPE" to me. And CARGOBOB DOESN'T WORK to lift the vehicle! As for Titan sale, I totally agree with its inclusion, and I add this sale can be even worse than theProfessional described, because it is also possible to have to FLY LOW not to trigger the cops, which is triply awful because: 1) flying low increases substantially the odds of crashing the Titan in a building or a hill or a tree; 2) once the cops appear the drop points DISAPPEAR, wasting time since you have to lose the cops to deliver; 3) it makes you EVEN MORE vulnerable to griefers.

5. I never had that selling mission, but man that fact that they make you fly that Titan just to sell a full large warehouse and the fact that the NPCs in buzzards can damage you is stupid, when you have no one to protect you. Also like you said its so big that anyone can see you in the sky and kill you easily with their homing missiles. 4. Oh god that selling mission sucked so much. I was solo when I was first doing this but I had only one Mogul to sale. I tried my best to dodge the police helicopters, but they catch up so quickly that they will shoot you. I even tried using Merryweather's backup helicopter and the worst thing is they didn't do jack crap so as a result my Mogul was so damaged that I lost everything. That mission sucks when doing it solo. 3. The only thing I can say that make that Dune FAV mission easy is to use your personal aircaft which is the Titan. You can actually open the Cargo door in the back from the vehicle interaction menu to put the Dune FAV inside of it. So then you can use the Titan to fly to the city to make your delivery. I will agree that this mission sucks because the drop offs are so Scattered and these NPCs come out of nowhere especially in front of you and you have little time to react before they kill you. So yeah this mission sucks but the Titan (personal aircraft) makes it a bit easier so that way you will save time. 2. Okay that one is so annoying. Its a good thing I always sell my Nightclub stock in the Speedo Custom because its so much faster, but man imagine trying to do this with the Mule or Pounder Custom it would be so annoying to drive from the city all the way to Paleto Bay. The part where you have to use the Cargobob to lift it up is easy with the Speed Custom but with the Mule and Pounder Custom its almost impossible because of how heavy it is. Why can't we use the Skylift Helicopter? I don't know what Rockstar was thinking. 1. Dear god this is by far the worst thing Rockstar has ever done in this game. Who the fuck thought this was a good idea? The fact that they make you use a crappy Post op van just to make your MC delivery is so stupid. This is why I wish we could customize these delivery vehicles, I mean they already did it with the After Hours Update but why not the past delivery vehicles? If you ever get this just close your application, you will lose some of your stock but you can try again and get a better delivery vehicle. The best ones are the Motorcycle, MTL Pounder (its rare), and the gang burrito van.

5. titan sale .. never have done that one before.. never had enough to sell for that one to show up, so i am sorely underknowledged in this regard 4, mogul sale .. never even tried to do a hangar sale after i crashed in the first with the stuntplane 3. Dune fav sale .. i tried this solo with only 40% weapons .. i failed the first time and i DID make it the second time .. with 10 seconds to spare.. so i am ambiguous about it. 2. Nightclub cargob sale /Paleto Bay sale .. normally i am reasonably well in helicopters but THIS cargobob is resisting every single time .. i tend to lift the cargobob high first to not loose too much altitude and i also tend to swing the cargo to the A-arm to secure it. - Special mention : at some times i can do this with not too much merryweather kills.. i normally leave the drop location instead of staying to kill them .. i try to find a better location to stand up to them first 1 . the Post OP mission .. I tend to make my own route instead of following the gps lines.. that way i save time driving and i can call in the oppressor to speed back to the next van.. You have forgotten one other very bad sales mission : - The 'Stoner' sale mission .. where you have to drive a weed smoking client in a vehicle to his destination while getting intoxicated yourself while the client is muttering the greatest nonsence on things in the world some think are mysterious. the trouble with this mission is the fact you cannot take any kind of precaution to avoid being intoxicated from the fumes. even shooting out the windows on the vehicle does not prevent this because rockstar either never accounted for this or they have deliberately left out the possibility to not get intoxicated by the damn smoke, not to forget you will get the cops on your tail because you keep swinging back and forth over the road the whole time because rockstar programmed it this way. i used to shoot the client right after the sale had been made out of frustration but the last time i did this i literally took out the RPG launcher and blew the vehicle up myself. I have been starving the weed farm ever since and kept it only open for the nightclub warehouse. To make sales safe i tend to use the network glitch to get me a solo public lobby.. safety in solitude or with friends in session only.. it is damn disgrace we cannot do any business missions in non-public sessions at all. Rockstar are definitely trying to force us to buy Sharkcards by making it as difficult as possible for us. Your comment on the titan and the mogul sale is also applicable to the cuban800 sell missions. half of the time you either get chased by Valkyrie helicopters or have to land the plane in an enemy-infested spot to save the cargo. I believe this is on purpose to frustrate us again.. but to be honest i find almost all sell missions designed to make use frustrated.

Always sell after first supplies run out if you are a solo player, and hangar sell missions aren't that hard if you are a good pilot (except the havock mission... that heli is so uncontrolable) Post OP - takes me 15 minutes to empty one truck. Literaly the MOST boring mission ever.

@@arianas0714 yeah i agree on the Post OP one .. i can do the first round at less than 14 minutes and with the oppressor return to the second van in less than 3 minutes and finish the sale almost every time with at least 30 seconds to spare the hangar sell missions are really not worth it for me, the special cargo warehouse missions have a much better investment/revenue balance than the hangar ones

Stoner sale mission is not bad, just annoying. It's still one delivery vehicle, one drop, in a vehicle with decent speed. No npcs chasing you, and the wanted level is not something to worry about. Also, if you're doing post op vans solo, you're doing it wrong. Almost half an hour to get 420k isn't worth it (or 126k if you happen to have this mission while you're selling document forgery), versus earning that same amount or more with 3 other people and finishing it in 15-20 minutes.

It's not as bad as post op vans. The garbage trucks are quite a bit faster than boxvilles and you don't have to get out at every drop. You're A LOT less vulnerable in garbage trucks i'd say.

The Merryweather mission was a pain, specially at the end, there was a savage with explosive rounds at the end. I took it out with a sniper because it was set up in the sky so q building blocked the line of sight of the turret in the armored truck.

With the post ops I always sell with two people, and we get the first two really easy, but the third one we get really close to running out so we get the vigilante and use the ramming power and the boost to make it faster.

When you get post op just join a new session. Took me almsot 12 mins to delivery 1 van. Barely had 1 minute to finish the 2nd van. Not worth thr stress unless you have friends

I actually never had the cargobob sale in paleto bay. All my cargobob sales required me to go to the power station next to the wind farm. At least it is closer to the city. The merryweather sale has an annoying behavior in that the enemies often get stuck away from your drop point and you have to go out of the jammed area (where other players can't see you in the radar) to hunt them down if you don't have anyone to cover you. For the post op sale, I totally agree. I would even ad that this sale appears to have a higher probability to appear than any other (or at least it looks like it from my experience). I own 3 MC businesses (coke, meth and cash). Each time I sell them all 3 in a row, I will get at least one "annoying" sell mission (post op or trashmaster), post op being far more frequent than trashmaster.

I never sell in populated lobbies and made 1 billion easily over 5 years of playing gta online (legitemately). I need for the most sell missions only 1 friend to complete them. The professional knows that he can be griefed in populated lobbies and still complains. Greed is a negative thing and negative attracts other types of Negativity (griefing) and since he is a known youtuber some people want to make him rage on livestream to have a good laugh especially tryhard youtubers with a strange taste of clothing in gta.

Want to tell ya something ? On the merryweather mission, when I got it for the 1st time. And when the buzzards came for me, they just went and followed npcs and i had to follow them. It took me like 20 minutes and I had to go from the lsc until the windmills where there's a facility just to catch a buzzard

Pro I always sell a full nightclub warehouse with the pounder custom and a few times I was being griefed so I decided to find a new session and when I loaded into a new session I had only lost about 300K worth of product. I’ve heard some people say you can lose the whole shipment by finding new session however that has not happened to me yet. Thought I would share this. The havoc sale for the hanger should definitely be on there because you have to take the helicopters into small openings in buildings on the map and if it falls on it’s side it will not get back

For me it's the bunker sale in the Insurgent where you have 5 drops and get ambushed by meriweather after each one. I always disconnect and reconnect whenever I get that one.

Actually if you get a Dune FAV sale you only need 3 people just have someone drive all three buggies depending on where your bunker is located stop at either the 2nd or third drop and then send someone back for the 4th buggy, then at the same time whoever gets done with their buggy first can go back for the buggy left at the 2nd or third drop off and finish it off while the guy you sent back for the fourth buggy finishes that buggy's drops.

You forgot to mention that the dune fav sale is the ONLY type of sale mission where, after delivering the final drop, you are forced out of the vehicle and have to get away while still being timed. Every other gun sale that requires leaving the area stops the timer at that point. But not the absolute hardest and most frustrating one 😤

The Post Op Vans are the very reason why I never bother with the MC Businesses. I'm more than happy to do the merryweather 5 drop sell from the bunker anyday now. At least you drive fairly fast and it's very armoured in the Insurgent Custom pickup truck.

They require you to pay more than $30,000 on MC wage staffs every 48 mins (if using all the MC Businesses) forcing you to sell your products in very slow generic vehicles and expect you to deliver all the packages that are scattered all over everywhere, extremely far away from each other on the map. No F*#*ING deal. It's very stressful and frustrating to complete.

My worst is the Cuban sell mission for CEO. More specifically the one where you have multiple drops but helicopters spawn in and shoot MGs at you. I seen one where the helicopters don’t shoot at you, simply follow.

I would also include the monster truck sell mission for the bunker. I got 2 of them and I finished the first one. You only have 15 minutes to complete a bunker sale and I had to drive the second one over to the drops all the way across the map and there was a glitch where I couldn’t make the drops similar to the Titan mission for Special Cargo. I could have made 3 drops on the second one if that glitch was never a thing.

I hate that one MC mission specific to the weed farm where you have to drive a truck or a van all the way across the map while you have a passenger smoking weed. You get intoxicated the whole time while driving, so you can lose control very easily and smash into things. Also, at some point you get a wanted level, which makes the yellow GPS line disappear until you lose the cops. At least it's a one vehicle mission with a single drop, I can't imagine how horrible it would be if it was multiple vehicles or multiple drops.

I think I might have found a glitch that might help people with sell Missions at least for the Motorcycle Club if you start a cell Mission and then you don't like which type of mission it is quickly and immediately go into your menu and find another session once the session is loaded your stock will remain full for your MC organization and you'll be able to launch another cell mission

When I got the Titan cargo mission one time I had Buzzards so I landed at Sandy Shores airfield to take them down, after I neutralized the Buzzards I got the cargo glitch.

I do the merryweather sale effortlessly. It takes me at most a minute per drop (when the npcs won't come to me). The trick is to load up your AA gun to the insurgent(s) and swap over to them after hitting the drop. Just be careful as one mistake and you one shot your cargo just like you do the enemy insurgents. One last important thing is to turn while making the drop so the cargo doesn't get stuck and destroy the AA gun.

Not only hostile AI Buzzards spawn in plane crates sell mission. Whenever i get that plane sell mission and it's with these helicopters, there is at least one Valkyrie which carries explosive rounds and can take you down in seconds. I have lost 3 shipments because of that, but later on i learned how to avoid them - The first thing that came to my mind is just to outmaneuver them using altitude as these NPC aren't so smart and gain altitude slowly, but it doesn't always work especially if you have drops far away from each other and/or a slow plane like Titan. The best technique that i find to avoid hostile AI choppers is just to look for the flashing lights in the distance. It works perfectly at night though, but at the day you can spot their black silhouettes on the background and once you spot there's an enemy helicopter hovering above the drop zone - save these drops as last ones, but dont get too close to the drop area because they will come after you. Its so easy to spot them either at night or day because of their lights or the flare smoke which 'highlights' the bodyframe of the helicopters on the background of that smoke. It works perfectly for me, no more lost shipments since then.

I like the Dune Fav sale a lot. But as a solo player only with one vehicle. That’s why I sell early instead of waiting until it’s 3 vehicles.
