iirc 3:29 this area does have mission start markers in Liberty City Stories, and 5:30 sea shacks does have 1 or 2 missions involving it in Vice City Stories

This guy isn't a proper GTA player. The vice city hole in the building where you take the bike up on top via the elevator is part of a mission, so not really rare.

I remember going to that mansion on the end of the road for some delivery missions too in online. Too bad its not used inside of story mode. I feel like gta v forgotten locations are interiors. Especially the ones only used in cutscenes as they are never seen in normal gameplay. R* really dropped the ball with interiors and i found myself back in the day in the crappy airport interior in v compared to what we had in other r* titles

Wasn’t the stadium non solid? Mandela effect or what. The most obscure place in the series is the unnamed mountain in Bayside, nobody went up it or behind it, in turn also the entire northern coastline, there’s like one oyster & the Sea Sparrow & that’s all there is.

I haven an educated guess with stilts ville, the houses you show off in the water here in vice and what they were supposed to be used for, in Miami vice, the show the game takes alot of inspiration from, including one of the cut weapons, which is straight from this episode, they had one episode that takes place out in stilts ville where they bust some guys on a speedboat, ambushing a deal out there called out where the busses dont run, which given recent events with the grand tour they most definitely also took inspiration from so the open waters and everything else, might have ment that the gator keys thing was supposed to take place out there, and we were supposed to defend someone there on his behalf avery I mean, a cut mission was supposed to have us go out to the gator keys to defend someone and you might recognize a certain cut weapon that Crockett, of which crockett's theme is ment for on the soundtrack, is holding onto which was also used in die hard, and we know rockstar did reference that, mind you we got hans grubers piece, not that however from it

"forgotten places" that most people don't remember because they've never 100%'d the games. Almost everywhere here besides behind st.marks (them placing a ramp there means they considered you getting there btw) and some of the San Andreas ones (the map is so big a lot of it isn't memorable) is somewhere you go at some point during 100% of the games. If Rockstar place a prop, object, pickup (Weapon/armour) or a side mission (vehicle, rampage, etc) or a unique stunt jump, then they considered it.

" Normal" and mundane locations really make a map feel more lived in. Sure some could say its filler, but you cant have important landmarks everywhere or have every place be in a cool mission. And theres is so much room for exploring when maps get even more dense each generation. GTAIV is teh first map where I thought " I will never see everything this has to offer". I hope GTA6 also features some locations off the beaten path that still make you reward for exploring them.

I have a modded/hacked version of san andreas where more houses are available to break into, and all interiors are vistiable inside or outside of missons. even some unused/cut locations are reimplemented. Oh and an unexpected hot coffee enabled lol which tbh im shocked hot coffee doesn't have its own modding community

Interestingly on the PS2 original, the collision mesh for the stadium internal doesn't have the ramps, and the floor is about 10 feet below the visible field.

On San Andreas- in San Fierro east of Foster Valley and South of the airport up on top of a hill is a crop duster and a barn that has a Sanchez. I played the game since it came out in 04 and only noticed it a few years ago!

San Andreas had the best selection of random vehicles you wouldn't expect the devs to add but make sense to be there, like lawnmowers, crop dusters, harvesters, bulldozers, baggage handler vehicles, aircraft tug cars, street sweepers, you name it. Really helps make the world feel lived in.

5:48 The Sea shacks are former housing if i remember since back in Vice city stories (Its Prequel) During That time where the vances are trying to take over other establishment or buildings there is a huge hurricane coming to vice city if i remember there was a mission where your going to the docks/shacks that is seen in the video that was used by the cartel at some point in the game i hope this info helps!
