gta_sa.exe has stopped working ERROR FIX (San Andreas) 2017 T.Z Toufik

As you may know, Grand Theft Auto 3 / Vice City and San Andreas are all based on same graphic engine, so they sometimes share the same errors and glitches.
This error usually occur due to incompatibility between savegame file and current game version. Fixing this issue is very easy and takes only a minute or two. There are two game files which need to be replaced with an older version.
