gta sa realy doesnt need mods to look good .. gta sa proves that games dont need good graphics to be good and i played gta sa and enjoyed it more than gta v in my opinion

Donald Nemesis GTA SA can play in a potato indeed, but with texture packs and those post processing effects shown in the video, no potato can remotely handle it.
