Attention to detail is impressive as well, from the tiniest thing like rain drops on the windshield to the little scuffs and design markings on objects such as vehicle windows, vehicle doors, furniture, decor, etc. My buddy was skeptical on the game, but after we told him about it and to try it himself, he liked it a lot id say.

People should focus on less negativity and what others say. I bought into the game blindly, didn't read any reviews, nothing, day 1. Played the game and enjoyed it through and through, come to find wayyy later on everyone hates it? Yeah, from what i've seen its the same train hating on it, everyone's just hopping on without any knowledge of how the game plays out. I can point out maybe 5 bugs that I know of and that's it, rarely run into any for hours if not days at a time when I come to play it.

Something I hope they bring back. I hope it would be the same concept as rdr2 weight system and a blend of SA with the visual consequences, eat too little and look like a skeleton, eat too much and get fat. Ability to run it off and the ability to work out and become a hulk. Gta V took the backseat and played like a blend of Vice and IV so I hope the next Gta is a blend of SA and Rdr2. I can't see R* working backwards after Rdr2 but I can totally see them bringing back and improving on the past concepts a lot of fans miss. Gta 6 at least won't be a polished turd like CP77.

Not only would the shareholders be stupid to ask for this but R* and Take Two would never recover from something that devious. Look at Mass Effect 1 and 2, gameplay improved significantly on 2, better controls, better shooting mechanic, lots of QoL improvements etc. Overall better gameplay and it’s considered one of the best RPG game. Focus solely on story telling and not enough focus on gameplay or barely improve it(if it’s a sequel) then we got Cyberpunk or Ass Creed. At the end of a day, we are playing a game, not watching movie.

@X_Milky lmao no story aside the features are nothing compared to Vs and also the graphics in general i’m not saying SA is bad, it’s a good game for its time, but compared to Gta V it pales in comparison sure the story might be better, but really the entertainment of the story is subjective. for example, i thought V’s story was better than SA’s because san andreas got boring in the countryside five kept me entertained all the time You can’t just say a games story is better than the other because some might not think it like that. then again the games were released both in different years (2004>2013), one having way better hardware advancements than the other, so SA could only hold a maximum of 5-6 gigabytes of space, which it promptly uses V on the other hand was 12x heavier than SA (now it’s 20) and it uses that space correctly, by using packages. the rendering engine also significantly improved, with LODs, better fog and animations (which is really just Euphoria physics, which also takes me to the next bit of evidence that it is not better:) ragdoll physics. like do i even have to say anything here LMFAOOO if five ran on renderware (the engine sa uses) good luck getting more than 1 fps on a render distance of two studs. TL;DR: sa is not better because massive improvements to engine and hardware in general over time

You can become fat, skinny, muscular, you can eat in a variety of restaurants. You have a skill set in almost anything you do like every weapon, car, plane, bike and etc and you can actually see CJ getting better with them, specially the weapons where some of them on the max levels you use two guns at the same time, wich is simply wholesome... More iconic and cool weapons like a katana (wich you can decapitate people), flamethrower, chainsaw and etc... You can go to the gym. You can learn different martial arts. You have way more interesting activities to do. You have 6 star wanted level where the army comes after you on the 6. You're chased by air force jets if you're one a plane in a high wanted level. If you're piloting the Hydra you can dogfight lots of them across all the map. You have a jet pack. You can actually enter cassinos, bars, strip clubs and an array of different places and actually interact with them. You can play basketball, pool... You can raid a variety of people houses as side quests to get money. You have different clothes stores with a better variety of clothes and accessories than GTA V. You can enter the police station. You can pilot the train across the map. You can derail the train of the tracks if you go too fast. You can dance on a party. You can play different arcade games. You have cool cop hunter missions with the police cars, tank and even with the freaking military helicopter. You get hungry. You actually have fun conversations with random npc's and they vary if you are fat, skinny or muscular... You can play with a friend on certain parts of the map where the local multiplayer icon is available. You have almost all the car customization GTA V have but can also have lowriders and go too competitions of it. You have also races. Aside from airplane school, you also have driver school, boat school, bike school... You have big variety of cool and iconic cheat codes. You have firefighters missions. Ambulance missions. Taxi missions. The girlfriends are better, the minigames with them are better. While driving with one sometimes another one can appear and chase you both. In the original uncensored version of the game you had the hot coffe feature where you could actually bang them and needed to do a little minigame to have a nice sex performance with them. There were territorial war gangs. There were events on the stadiums you could actually play. And so one... All of these details are some of what I could recall out my head right now, and even tho some of them a present in GTA V, this is to show how vast, full of details, possibilities and things to do that game had. Specially for its time. GTA San Andreas is simply the best. A true immersive open world from the PS2 era. GTA V don't provide with the same amount of possibilities and gets pretty boring after you finish the main missions. It's obvious that it has better graphics, animations, physics, mechanics and etc. But It's supposed to since is it's 2013 game competing with 2004 game.

@@Joao-ur7ey before you read this keep in mind i do not dislike sa by itself i just believe it compared to five is not better i am in no way shape or form attempting to offend (had to state this because of society’s current state) or make anyone change their opinion on a game like i said sa was made 9 years prior to v and major advancements were made in hardware allowing for better graphics and features The map (los santos) is severely downscaled comparing to fives, with LS being nearly 9 times smaller, but the map in general being twice as small. If we’re comparing both of them IGNORING the difference in release date and development, five definitely isn’t as good as sa, but if five was released at the same time as san andreas, ran on the same hardware as san andreas, had the same graphics as san andreas and had to get some features trimmed to fit the hardware san andreas would definitely win. San andreas by itself pushes hardware limitations at its time and is better than every gta game up to 4. i’m gonna list a few things and my opinion on them gang involvement in the story is definitely a lot better in SA, but that’s because five doesn’t involve in many gangs. sure franklin was member of the Families but after complications, when he met Micheal, he got involved in much more serious shit like heists, small jobs. this is mentioned in Lamar Down. Graphics are WAY better in five than san andreas *BUT san andreas’ compared to, say, liberty city stories, are a massive step up.* Mission features are better in five: you can restart the mission, end missions, restart from checkpoint, replay missions you’ve completed, mission side objectives and SIDE MISSIONS ((not side ACTIVITIES)) that are actually fun and entertaining (looking at zero). while sa just gives you a mission and says “hey do this to continue the story”. sure five might have massive limitations and fail conditions, but it’s to prevent bugs which are inevitable even in incredibly well produced games. the controls are so much better in five, because it allows for more movement, combat and general controls, while san andreas is better played on a controller. Gore, weaponry and bullet mechanics significantly improved since sa, for multiple reasons: Bulletholes adapt to the surface Bullets leave wounds on bodies (decapitation would be extremely unrealistic with a silenced pistol from 50 meters, yet it still happens) people who get shot can sometimes survive a bullet and proceed to shoot you on the ground, while holding their wounds massively improved weapon choice weapon attachments Side activities are better in san andreas for its constant engagement and them being a major part in the 100% checklist speaking of 100% checklist, 100% gives rewards in san andreas, like fireproofness, infinite ammo and such, while five just gives you a shirt for ONE character, one mission and an achievement. Conclusion: which one is better is subjective i will go back through your reply and say what i think about what you said

a lot of the things you mentioned in that comment ARE in gta v, like the ability to enter bars and strip clubs, girlfriends might not be in five, but hanging out with friends is, and whenever you feel like. technically you can hang out with amanda in five but let’s not count that. hot coffee is only accessible through modding and if we’re counting modding then five has all those features too. You can definitely enter police stations, like the one in Los Santos. Clothes and accessories are mostly subjective, however san andreas’ clothing does have an effect on sex appeal and respect, while five’s clothing sometimes completely blocks missions or plays a major part in a mission. You can also purchase properties in V. other features v has that san andreas doesn’t are first person, ACTUAL aiming down sights on normal weapons, lap dances, watching a movie, a literal dog, a shooting range, golf, darts, tennis, actual robbery of stores, therapy, random events that happen randomly throughout the game, yoga, a literal fucking cult, and some more that i can’t name rn. Now for things V doesn’t have: Lowriders play a minor role in the story so eh, Ambulance, and police missions aren’t in v, but taxi missions are with franklin (iirc) 6 stars were removed in v because of the lack of use of them, you rarely get them. Basketball is bugged in the main game, especially after Madd Dogg or if you save near a basketball court in general. Jetpacks are available in online. Iconicness of weapons shouldn’t affect the use, effectiveness and sound of the weapons. So far this is all i got. think what you wanna think cause i’m going to sleep rn lmao tl;dr: they are countered by other features

GTA V also has tons of details and activities. I just don't find them as cool or appealing as the ones in San Andreas... I feel a better sense of liberty and fun while playing SA. GTA V for some reason gets boring pretty quickly for me, even tho it has 3 characters; even tho the amount of side quest from crazy weird people as well and etc.. The features I missed the most are been able to get fat, muscular, skinny, go to the gym, learn martial arts, improve your skill set with different weapons, and the 6 stars wanted level because of the dogfights I loved to do while being chased by the airforce. In GTA V you can have a dog fight only above the fort zancudo (don't recall how its actually spelled), but the enemy jet is too dumb and rarely engages with you and you sonner or later get blown up by the ground missiles. I don't remember been able to enter the police station on gta V. Actually I don't remember lots of places to enter aside from the character's houses and the places you only go while in a mission. This is even one of the top criticisms people have on those videos comparing GTA IV to V. GTA Online have better open world features than the offline game. The things to do there are cool. But it's online... GTA always shined for its campaign, single play aspects. I bet the single play could have been way batter if not for the excessive greedy focus rockstar putted on gta online crap that also gets too boring and retarded after a while.

It wasn't CDPR fault tho. They were forced to release it after 3 years of dev by the publishers even when they said it wasn't ready. Hell insiders even said it should never have been made for the ps4

@@shinotenshi3274 They announced the game in 2012. The game wasn't in development till 2016. Before the studio was working on witcher 3 and it's updates. Cyberpunk was only a concept at that point in time. After the game was finally put into development the first two years everyone the studio was trying to figure out what the hell this game was gonna be about. Is it gonna be linear or open world, stuff like that. Ideas got tossed around and scraped repeatedly until they settled on a open world RPG game. The game we got was only in development for about 2 years. If that was the case they shouldn't have announced it in 2012. Let alone say "coming when it's ready".
