Walk backward on foot with CJ aiming at the driver. Once you move backward and get enough away from the Admiral, the enemies spawn inside. It's shown in the Video...I move backward, they spawn, I begin shooting at the windshield.

Pushingthe broken chasis is the worst part. My car caught on fire after repeatedly crashing into the admiral and i couldnt get out in time and died

It really depends WHICH Vehicle you are using to push, and that will be RNG related (luck based). It also depends on HOW the explosion took place. Sometimes a wheel will blow off the Vehicle and leaving just three on it, and this causes the Wreck to grind along the ground making it HARDER to push and causing more damage to the Vehicle you are using to push with...

You can just drive it to your Garage, no need to blow it up...Then just an EC2 (Invisible) Admiral. Not exactly special for most people lol...

You have to destroy it because it's not AP after the Mission passes (unless destroyed). Goes for almost every Special Vehicle in most cases. Most times they have to be literally destroyed (a wreck) or they have to be in water and deep enough to preserve Properties while Missions are passed or failed. Only way to destroy an AP Vehicle (easily) is with the Parachute. Without it, stomping and punching it would have no effect since it's MP (Melee Proof). It only does this by wearing the Parachute. It's essentially a bug, but a useful and harmless bug.

Yeah, I heard you. But I don't exactly understand what you're saying since nobody has ever shared such broken information with me. That's not supposed to happen. When you save/reload, everything is gone and good as new, fresh. So what you say makes no sense. I get what you're saying, but still makes zero sense. Love how you told me the Platform and Version you're playing on.

No. It loses the AP Properties the closer and closer it gets to the warehouse. I am moving further away to make the driver spawn. Once he spawns, I am spamming the Minigun bullets into him, so he's wasted immediately. This means, it keeps the AP Properties. It's just like the Heavy/EC Black Bobcat in Liberty City Stories. You snipe the driver, and it's Heavy. But, if you let it get close to the Stretch, snipe the driver THEN, it actually WON'T be Heavy, since it lost the Property due to being too close to the Stretch at that point. This AP/EC2 Admiral works the same way. You have to get rid of the driver immediately, or within a second or two of it spawning for the Admiral to retain the AP Properties.

Do you discovered any new obtainable cars?

Not anything "new" exactly, but more optimizations as well as some OM0 stuff that I personally never shown on my Channel, but has existed for years. I just never understood it before or cared to really look into it until a few months ago when I did my Saves. Now, I understand it, at least, but still find it really annoying to do. Those Videos will be shown in the new Guide I am doing. In fact, those will come very soon in the coming weeks, I suppose. By August, I hope to finish the Guide in full. I only have like 30 Videos to go, or so and it's fully recorded. Just gotta upload it all, then.

Indeed. Though, I never had trouble with the old Method, either, using a Minigun, and from further away. Was still easy for me.
