Have fun and good luck! I still enjoy GTA V on PS3 Version 1.00 to this day. In fact, about to begin a new entire Project of Save Files for PS3 in February or March, once I finish off GTA IV. I am doing it all on the PS3 Emulator these days, though, using RPCS3. Wanted to try that out, after playing on the real PS3 all these years previously. I am not sure how things work on Xbox360 with Patches, but it should be similar. I know you can be on 1.00 and remain there, like PS3. It sucks for Next Gen. All that stuff is updated and keeps updating. It's only good for the PC Version, since you can downgrade it to 1.27 and remain on that. Still sucks, isn't 1.00 on Old Gen, but it will work for Next Gen. The FULLY updated Next Gen seriously sucks. But there IS SOME STUFF only working there, mainly OM0 related Special Vehicles.

You can't. Those won't register as Mission Failures, but they will register with added Mission Attempts, unfortunately. There is always Offsets. Check my 100% Save Showcase Videos for CW. I show PSP and Mobile, all with lowest Stats, and the Offsets as they should be.

All of those Race Vehicles are Bullet Proof (BP). But are UNOBTAINABLE. I wish they were obtainable...

Neither, because there's just a basic Height Limit. Police Maverick (Helicopter) can only fly so high, too. The Height Limit is a joke in LCS. But just be happy there is any Helicopter's the way it is...

You can't reach 100% Completion in GTA III one of two ways. Either if you have the Purple Nines Glitch, which this Video is talking about and showing them there, meaning the Glitch is NOT present in my own Save and how it should look for everyone else. If you have this Glitch, you can't reach 100%. Another way is if you did the Ray Missions before the Kenji Missions, or at the very least, completing *Waka Gashira Wipe-Out* before finishing all possible Kenji Missions. This will lock you out of 100% Completion, too, as you need to do all the Missions for 100%. I think there is even a way to lock yourself out of 100% Completion early on in Portland, by not completing the final Joey Mission, if memory serves me correct, too. GTA III is strange. Rockstar learned their lesson with Vice City (2002) up on through the current where this doesn't happen anymore. You must be careful in GTA III and know what you're doing, certain order of stuff, etc...

@LethalVaccine I see but I did the Kenji's missions before Ray's missions. So does that mean that even if I start the game again, try not to let that glitch happen again, I still won't be able to complete 100%? Does this always happen in ps2? Or also pc?

It happens in all Platforms/Versions, even the newest junk Definitive Edition can be locked out of 100% Completion if you're not careful. Yeah, I suppose you just have the Purple Nines Glitch and if you have none, then *Uzi Money* or whatever Mission can't be passed, thus no 100% Completion. You must start over, but when doing so, have NO SAVE FILES PRESENT in the queue, at all. Just boot the game, have it start a NEW GAME immediately, and go from there, until the Starter Save is finished and once finished, back it up so you always have it and WITHOUT the Glitch in play, so anytime in the future you want to go to 100%, you can be sure you won't get the Glitch and do so in peace.

I don't remember. Check a Rampage Guide for CW and the Guide should tell you what Weapon is being used in each Rampage. As for an SMG, in general, I get one from a Mission later on in the Story, to replace the Micro SMG which I typically have most of the Story.

It's not necessary. However, want to go to 100% 11 times like I did? That means, repeating 47% of the game over and over, along with 12 Special Vehicles, and the other 53% of the game. If you do the Starter Save, it takes HALF the time to go to 100% with 12 Special Vehicles in each Save File. So, I always recommend doing one. Each GTA has one to offer, and I did them for every 3D Era and HD Era GTA, along with all the 100% Save Files and Special Vehicles.

For sure. Like, do you really want to repeat 100 Hidden Packages, 20 Rampages, 26 Stunt Jumps, this, and that, EACH TIME you do a Save to 100% Completion? Or...You can do all of this stuff in the beginning, within the Starter Save, and use such File for EACH Save to follow after that, thus you can basically BEGIN with near 50% of the game completed already, rather than at 0% and having to REDO all the Collectibles, Rampages, Stunt Jumps, and everything else.

You lose this Mothership Hippy Paintjob when you open the Garage, close the Garage, and open it again, all without looking at the Mothership itself. You must always be looking at it when the Garage opens/closes for it to retain the Hippy Paintjob. In the end, it's still an AP/EC2 Camper for you. I still like getting the AP Mothership, plus this EC2 White Camper shown in the linked Video, and forcing it to lose the Paintjob.

Funny...I just deleted 42 Videos from a Playlist called Story Missions for the 3D Era and HD Era. All of those Videos were recorded on my old and REAL PS2, old and REAL PS3 for III, VC, SA, LCS, VCS, IV, TLaD, TBoGT, CW, and V. The only one I used the Emulator (PPSSPP) for was CW since I never figured out how to record from my actual PSP like I was able to do from my actual PS2 and PS3 using the Elgato HD60 Capture Card, plus a Splitter, for the PS3. And, all of those Videos were showing myself doing the entire Story Missions from beginning to end, without failing, getting busted/wasted, or using the Pay and Spray. Also, saving VERY LITTLE TIMES. I did III, VC, LCS, and VCS all within just saving twice, but now a days, I can do it all in one go. I can do all the GTA's in one go these days, in fact. I got too good, and now I can't fail. So there was reasons to delete the Videos, since it doesn't even show the skills I have now, today. In the end, been playing GTA since 2001 on and off regularly. Got insanely good at it in 2013, and here we are today, almost 12 years later. My Channel has been around since 2018 and in the beginning, it was all shown on Console. I don't have to explain anything to a noob like you, though, who literally just got here in the last year, if that, and is wondering all this stuff seven years later, lol... I've been running laps around most people these days. Soon to finish my 2nd 100% Save for GTA IV on PS3 and then onto Save File 3 out of 6. Each one takes 10 days, give or take a few. Easy stuff... Yeah, because you're not standing on top of the RC Raider correctly. I don't know what to tell you. I got it on PS2, PC, Mobile, and DE...Yet...I get comments like this that MAKE NO SENSE! The Shotgun Method is the hardest, and luckiest. You can flip it over upside down quickly, or...Run out of Ammo and have to redo it over and over....Until lucky. You can also fly a Maverick or a Seasparrow above the RC Raider and force it down to the ground, will blow up that way, too...There's plenty of ways to do the SAME THING, in the end. Stuff may just take longer/shorter, depending on Method. You surely WASTE TIME doing all other Methods OTHER THAN what is shown in the Video. You don't even need a Packer. You can use any Truck, like a Benson, Mule, etc...All of them can reach the top of the RC Raider...

No problem. Try the Maverick from the SF Airport. If that doesn't work, Seasparrow is "needed" for whatever reason. I KNOW that works, but I don't see why if a Seasparrow works, why a regular Maverick wouldn't work, either. You have to double drive the Maverick from the Airport with the Emperor all the way back to Zero if you do that, though. Though, you can store the Maverick (like the Seasparrow) in the Doherty or Hashbury Garage ahead of time if you want.

I guess it's good to own Version 1.01 on DE, like I have...It'll never update. This is why you don't bother with MODERN GAMING. If you do, you get the proper Version, that doesn't update, and go from there...If it's worth it to you or the next person, at all... I got this sitting pretty in my own DE Save, along with the Unique Ghost and stuff...All of the RC Vehicles sitting pretty in my VC DE Save, too...All can be entered/driven/flown around. GTA III DE is pretty much...Well...Dead. No more DP Conversion, no more RC Bandit. Point to play?

Though, what is 30-ish GB give or take? I can also just "get the updated" nonsense Version 1.112 or whatever it is, and keep Version 1.01, so I have it old school DE and new school DE, but meh? I find it pointless...I already did my III/VC/SA DE Saves and the Saves are as good as they will ever get/be, anyways... I used to have it in my old GTA III PS2 Saves and stuff, but meh...It doesn't feel right when on DE the DOOR ANIMATIONS for opening/closing do NOT crash, like they do for old school III, and Mobile. So yeah...I like DE III for the Unique Ghost and RC Bandit I can enter/exit and store in a Garage. I like VC DE for all the RC Vehicles I can drive/fly, and use Methods to store them inside a Garage, even drive OPPONENT'S RC Bandit's, which you can NEVER DO on classic VC since no warping into them like you can do PLAYER'S RC Bandit. I like SA DE for the Flight School Setup, avoiding OM0 Setups, and having a non-OM0 Method for some of the OM0 Vehicles for classic SA, example, AP Leviathan and more. It's a shame I don't have an AP/NE BF-400 in my classic SA Saves, but I do have the AP BF-400 in my SA DE Save, amongst the AP Leviathan, and more... I am just enjoying GTA IV right now, through RPCS3 on my PC. I finished my Starter Save and almost done with my SECOND out of SIX 100% Saves with 10 Special Vehicles and converted to AP in each. I suspect to finish it all in LATE January to early/mid February, right after the seven year anniversary of my Channel being created. I'll do a Save File Showcase when I finish it all, and also post all my OLD GTA IV PS3 Saves for DOWNLOAD. Then onto GTA V. After GTA V on PS3 and GTA V on PC, I don't see myself ever assembling a Save again, for any GTA, unless it's perhaps IV/V, as once I finish these PS3 Saves for IV/V, I STILL HAVE Special Vehicles leftover. But I will at least have MOST OF THEM, all the ones I like the most and think are the hardest and most worthy to obtain, etc... ...Then we'll see what happens with GTA VI...I don't hold my breath. Sort of not caring about that...

Even though I know what I am doing with Vehicles in memory and how these games work, the Hunter (and other Vehicles) still like to vanish, even though it was the last Vehicle driven. I can't tell you why it's so broken like that. VCS is no different, either. It sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Unpredictable. At least you're stating the reality here, though. Isn't hard to get in, isn't hard to get out. Indeed. I agree. Nothing is even hard about it. And there is so LUCK with keeping it in memory since the game just really doesn't like us, I guess.

Four is and was always the absolute capacity any Garage can hold... So, do the Math. X Garages, 4 Special Vehicles in each = 68. Now use the three Impounds and store 3 in each = 77. The game always held 77 spaces for Special Vehicles...

The same. GTA III is the only odd one, where Portland holds one and SI/SSV hold six. Is it really so difficult to look at a Save File Showcase Video? You know, Videos that show my entire Special Vehicle Collections, meaning, you'd see how much is stored in each Garage and for each GTA. I have shown Saves for TEN GTA's in total and across MULTIPLE Platforms/Versions. All of my GTA III 1st Save Files have 13 Special Vehicles and in DP form, etc... VC, SA, LCS, VCS Garages all hold four. III Portland holds one and SI/SSV holds six each. All Parking Spaces in IV, TLaD, and TBoGT hold TWO Vehicles parked. GTA V same thing, and Interior Garages hold four, Safehouse Garages hold two. Chinatown Wars, only holds ONE, 14 Garages, ONE inside each.

Are you talking about FAILING the Mission, which is WORSE FOR the Stats than PASSING the Mission and achieving the same thing (obtaining the Hunter), right? There's reasons I show PASSING on my Channel or MULTIPLE Special Vehicles at the same time rather than just ONE at a time. It's better for the Stats and it requires more skill, which I have. I don't need to take shortcuts and do easier tasks. Stuff is easy enough...

I believe I've seen it flip on occasions all by itself, too. The worst part is when you are driving over this one bridge and the Bobcat starts veering through traffic and falls into the center or off the sides of the bridge, landing in the water. The Mission will fail automatically for that, even though you "did nothing wrong." If you see the Bobcat take the Route over that one bridge, just drive off a different direction. If you're not by it, traffic won't spawn, thus the Bobcat will drive in a straight line over this bridge rather than all chaotic driving to weave in and out of traffic and falling off the bridge and into the water in the process.

Carcols don't lie. By the way. Fun Fact - Every Special Vehicle in the HD Era is almost off only by ONE Color making it "special." Take the EC Black Maverick from Babysitting. 0,0,1,0 (all 4 color slots BLACK but the set white Luster)...Traffic Maverick? 1,0,1,0. Only difference is the WHITE Stripe on top (traffic) as opposed to a BLACK Stripe on top (Babysitting Mission). So yeah, you can say it's "not special" or looks like traffic....As does almost every Vehicle. Lustered/EC Blista...You really think that useless dull and boring White Color even looks SOOOoOoooOOoOOOo SPeCciiIIAAAlllllLLL? Check out the Lustered/EC Sabre GT. Check how the one Color is Black Poly, but traffic is Black. Black Poly and Black? Very close resembling. But yeah, almost all Special Vehicles in the HD Era are off just by a Color or two. Even all the Lusters still spawn in traffic, just saying, but they will always have different Primary/Secondary Colors called Traffic Defaults. This Voodoo, just as special as anything else in the game, so yeah... I respect Story stuff VS Side stuff. I mean, just....Do a Save with all 40 Stevie Vehicles. 4 Saves worth. Do another Save with all 10 Brucie Vehicles. 50 total Vehicles, all given to you, all from Side Missions. Same with Jacob Drug Delivery Vehicles. All Side stuff, all boring, and I prefer stuff that takes a bit of work to get and stuff...

​​​@@LethalVaccine Of course the Lustered/EC Blista Compact has useless lusters... But we already talked about this before, red luster is the only that looks better... Even if the EC White and Pink Voodoo had some special lusters, I'll go by my personal choice and taste. (Which it doesn't have any lusters than just one that looks invisible if I remember.) Maybe that White/Pink Voodoo is still special, but sometimes I don't want it due there's a traffic color that looks. Just my personal choice, as I don't go for vehicles that are RARE. Gang Wars/Drug Wars is the main reason why I hate Voodoos. But in Drug Wars the Voodoo has inverted EC colors, can't blame that but it's annoying to get em' anyway.

Yeah, but having 10 Lustered Vehicles, and all with the same Red Luster and or similar shades of Red Luster, is also boring, in the end. These Saves take way too long and only give us 10 total spaces per Save (IV), so I like to get DIFFERENT Lusters. If I get TWO of the same Colored Lusters, the actual Color Names will be different. For instance, I have Very Red on a Vehicle and then Garnet Red Poly on another Vehicle. Both look totally different, and are Red. But a lot of the "Red" Lusters are literally the same one on so many other Vehicles... Well, now I get it. You simply don't know how to even help yourself, by reading the Carcols File which is literally supplied in EVERY SINGLE DESCRIPTION of all my IV, TLaD, and TBoGT Guide Videos, HUNDREDS...This shows and tells you all Traffic Default Color Combinations for every Vehicle Model in the game. And, my Descriptions state all the Special and Non Special Lusters. So you can see in every single case which Vehicles are off only by a Color or two. I already know how to use the File. Been using it for years... How about Vlad's Blue Marbelle. Go hunt for almost the same looking blue piece of junk in traffic. Off by ONE COLOR...How about the Black Washington 1 of 3, 2 of 3, and 3 of 3? Off by ONE COLOR! You just haven't been playing long enough to notice this stuff or cared to really look into the File and understand the Colors and what's going on in these games...Ever Michelle's Merit is the same junk you see in traffic, basically...The Silver junk...But it won't have, let's say, a RED Luster. It'll have a Blue Luster, and is a TRAFFIC DEFAULT COLOR COMBINATION, and one to avoid. Says in said Video Description. I already supplied everyone, with every single piece of information. No questioning stuff... I never get any Voodoo in IV, TLaD, or TBoGT, other than *Have a Heart* Voodoo, which is EC, and fully identified. This is 2+2=4. Factual stuff. Not opinions and guesses. That's the whole point of my Channel...Other Channels will give you all the wrong information. Be glad mine is still around, cuz one day when people take it for granted, it may just be gone!

It's EC/EC2 Vincent. And, I told you. If you obtain it at the BEGINNING of the game, you won't receive a Call. Bruh, 6 days ago I just told you, you won't ever reach 100% because of YOUR ACTIONS and what YOU DID. This is why you need to read Descriptions before doing stupid stuff and corrupting your Save. All the information is here. Only the smart people will read it, I guess, and help themselves.

What are you even talking about? You do ONE Save...With 13 Special Vehicles. Who obtains a Vehicle, and then does "another Save?" What?!

@@LethalVaccine Nah I mean like you get one vehicle garage on one island so once your garage is full and you can’t store more stuff. You make another save file and empty out your garage so you can fill it with new stuff. Then you continue with the story with your new safe file but the other save file stays like that storywise. So my question is if you want to 100% every safe file, do you need to complete the story all the way to the end and then jump on to another save file and do the same. Or you just do one mission on one save file and then do the same with an another save file when a special vehicle appears? Both method does the job getting %100 but the latter sounds tedious and boring. Or do you just ignore it once the garage is filled and then continue with the story on another file and so on.

I do a Starter Save. Then I go to 100% X amount of times until I get all Special Vehicles to exist in the game. Like the Video shows... I never start at 0% when I want to go to 100% in GTA III. It's 53% when I begin. Thus, I only need 12 Special Vehicles and 47% more game completion to finish any Save File I want to work on. Oh, and after TWO Saves are completed, you HAVE EVERY EXISTING Special Vehicle in all of GTA III. The game is SO short. Takes me two or three days (from my Starter Save) to obtain all the remaining Special Vehicles and reach 100%. Think of doing what I describe, but now in an actual LONG GTA...Like GTA IV and V...I am doing this now. I am doing SIX 100% Save Files with 10 Special Vehicles in each Save for GTA IV, and then going to V and doing the same sort of thing...

Why wouldn't it? You start out at 65%. You do this with her. It drops to 50%. She can still call Niko to hang out and stuff and do this again, in fact. But, either way, Alex, Carmen, and Kiki are the ones you use, and like Michelle. Starts at 50%. You date them 65%. You scare them to make AP Vehicle, back to 50%, need to redate them. I don't know just read the Description or something.

​@@LethalVaccine I readed the description before but whatever, I also converted my Unique/Black and Dark Gray Roman's taxi car. Both have AP properties now.

I had percentages wrong. It's 50% when you sign up to date them on Craplist and Love-Meet and after scaring them to make the Vehicle AP, it drops to 20%. You find them again and their percentages are back to 50%. Michelle can be used MULTIPLE times (before Snow Storm) if you have more than one Special Vehicle early on. My next Save will have about FOUR Special Vehicles early, so I will use Michelle as much as I can. I never tried Kate, by the way, no idea how she works. I used to get Fondness for Michelle and Kate to 100% in my old school Saves, but meh...Not worth it anymore in my case, and if you use AP Conversion with Michelle, it'll be annoying getting her back to 100% every time. All of the Dates (bad and good) like SA and stuff, show up in the Stats. So we know when people used AP Conversion for Vehicles and stuff. It all shows up.

...And I guess you still didn't pass it 16 hours later, lol...

Skylift only works on PS3/360 1.00 if you want to save it on a Helipad. Works for PS4/One/PC/PS5, etc...But you must store it inside the Interior Garage with a special trick which is shown on MM KJ's Channel (Mr Phantom).

Nope, since that one isn't the same one from the first Mission. This is FULL Black. The other one is not FULL Black, and completely different. What is EC? Exclusive Color. What does this say? Black. What does the other say? Black and Grey Fender. Difference. Both special, and for different reasons. I guess reading Descriptions would help...

Drug Wars can be done *after 100% Completion* so explain to me how something that is repeatable forever, even after 100% is deemed *one time only?* It's not. Anything that can be obtained after 100% is not SPECIAL, but RARE. Anyways, the entire Guide for TBoGT is Rare, even the Skylift. We already talked about this. None of it matters, other than Club Management Vehicles and Random Encounter Vehicles. 8. 16 spaces. Many more RARE Vehicles. Yup, you heard me correct. 8. 8 Special Vehicles in all of TBoGT. Rest? Rare. After 100% Completion stuff...

This I am not aware of. Are you sure this is even accurate? Makes no sense, actually. Considering I did all my TBoGT Saves. Got 4 of them. Finished my 1st Save with those 8 one time only Special Vehicles, plus 8 others. Then did 3 more Saves, all using Mission Replay's and the "Story" Vehicles. Then, for the final Save File 4, got 16 Drug War Vehicles, one being a Buffalo. A Super Diamond has *always existed* in Drug Wars...Like the Buffalo...It's all random. But, the VEHICLE MODELS THAT SPAWN and are FEATURED IN WARS...Remain constant...

​@@LethalVaccine It is actually, since not much people know this but I just discovered. Let me tell you something about this, the Buffalo is a rare vehicle that can spawn in Drug Wars right? If you finished doing the story missions while you didn't do Drug Wars yet the Buffalo gets replaced. You start a Drug Wars after finishing the boring story missions until you see the Jamaican gang is your target, but you see that the Buffalo won't appear when you repeat this Drug Wars much times. I know it gets boring but the Buffalo was only available on the Drug Wars in a limited time if you started it while doing the story missions. But it will never spawn if you finish the story missions. Trust me, when I finished my story missions in TBoGT, I started doing the Drug Wars. But when the Jamaican gang was my target, the Super Diamond spawned in the first times.

My Channel only shows the Superior stuff. Melancholia's Channel shows the Inferior stuff. Besides, in *Are You Going to San Fierro?* there's already an EP/EC2 Camper (Mothership) as well, totally obtainable, along with the, once again, INFERIOR EP Sadler in the same Mission, too. I know all of the stuff in these games. Just saying... There's also an unobtainable AP Patriot in *Robbing Uncle Sam* so in before some OM0 Method for that is found and shown lol...

For about one second. Right after they spawn, and before they give chase to the Player. Once they begin giving chase, they are Heavy Patriot's. Oh, and Video exists of that already, for years... What about the UH Conversion in *Customs Fast Track* that nobody cares about because UH doesn't save in Garages? There's plenty...I know everything, as said. I don't care about Speedrunning and skipping games. Everything to do with SPECIAL VEHICLES and how to play...TEN GTA's...Not just ONE like everyone else does, I know all of this. I have to give everyone else information and then they claim they know it. Yeah, I am sure...

Finished my 1st of 6 Save Files in GTA IV on PS3. Will begin the 2nd Save File on Friday. Will take a couple days break, and need to work tomorrow, anyways. And yeah, it seems like 10-ish days is the magic number for how long each one will take me, I guess. So, 50-ish more days and these will ALL be done and will finally post another Video and showing 60 Special Vehicles and their Properties in my GTA IV Saves. The finally, time for GTA V...
