I cannot get oyster no33 either. I have max stamina, max muscles, max health and max lungs capacity but before i get to the oyster i lose not only whole air, but also health! I just swim underwater too slow, but I don't know how to cope with it!

you can`t see that oyster until you go far enough from boat..just go in that zone where i was and swim down. it is placed deep enough to not see it from the level of the water. try again ;) luck !
