For future rp reference, a police officer is not allowed to use previous knowledge of the offender in question in order to write a citation. .ie identifying by previous stops. I got a failure to signal turn thrown out because after I pulled away from a speeding ticket that I received, I didn't signal as I pulled onto the road. The officer didn't get my dl again and used the info he obtained prior in order to write the ticket. The judge said it doesn't fly and it is borderline harassment.
