This is what pisses me off on these videos ..... when the cops use maps or have game tags on. There is no way they knew you two were on the bike behind the store, hidden behind the dumpster. They all blew past you and if they didn't look for your dot on their map they never would have circled back immediately after they passed you. Some people just can't stand to lose and these cops in DOJ do this shit all the time. Clean get aways turn into cops suddenly showing up after Buggs and/or Polecat are long gone and many times hidden well.

It is legal in all 50 states, as long as there is a divider between the driver and passengers. No laws were being broken in the original stop in this video. DoJ gets stuff wrong pretty frequently, it's just for entertainment.
