it was a random spawn vehicle wasn't it? If they had a clue it should have been when the 2 or 3 police cars went past them right after he stole it and picked up Polecat, not 5 minutes later on the other side of the map while they are hiding in a store.

there was one officer in the area that saw them park non legitimately in front of the 24/7. two suspects, also there were a lot of jeeps in that parking lot where they found the truck. to then see a jeep all the way in Sandy..

Unlikely, unless they put out bolo's on every vehicle that passed on the highway, which goes back to my previous point, if they saw them right after they ditched the truck, why wait for them to drive to the other side of the map and then get them after they sat in a grocery store for 5 minutes. They would already be considered flight risks so as soon as they where seen the pursuit should have continued. They drove all the way across the map without one police car following them, but as soon as they step out of the store there are 5 cars waiting. The most likely scenario is that someone opened the map, Saw Buggs and Polecat on the map and set it up knowing that those two are probably recording which makes them the most likely suspects. And that is exactly what they said when they pulled them out of the car. They where wanted as suspects in the earlier chase, when they shouldn't have had any type of description on the driver or passenger. Buggs and Polecat even commented that it was too bad they probably wasn't able to get a description on them so that they would have a chance of finding them again. Which is why they robbed the store for more action, not knowing that their crime spree was about to come to an end before it really got started. I will be the first to admit that my hypothesis could be wrong, but from what I saw on the video which I again admit is just one sided, it is the most likely scenario that I can draw from the limited info we have from this video's point of view.

THANK YOU!!! They are bad at hiding it too. They literally found both of them using the map. For buggs they clearly ran right past him... Then decide to turn back and check the exact spot hese in "ohh found him" yea sure you did. Then Pole is in the bush, normally the cops would keep scattering looking, but they stop right at that trailer/house, and search that area in circles..... Then finally he "finds him in the bush" If he wasnt in that bush, they would have never stopped there, would of looked real quick and kept spreading out. Instead they all gather around where hes hiding, and search. LOL its so dumb, like these kids dont want to play fair and make it more fun, even when its like 20 cops chasing just two, they have to check the map. Whats funny is Pole and Buggs clearly like to think that everyone is honest like them, when they have a good spot, and the cops pull up on them... and they are all amazed "how did they know" "how did they find us?" because they are all cheating like a bunch of little kids

In regards to what Polecat said, most departments will maintain a pursuit well out of their jurisdiction. The logic is that if the individual committed crimes in one city and continues into another one (like a pursuit) original units will continue in a pursuit. I live in the 'burbs on Chicago and we had a pursuit that went 60 miles outside of the city and Chicago PD remained in the pursuit the entire time, while local units joined in.

I hate when they slow up too .... I'm always thinking to myself that they need to get the F out of there and haul ass. They do it though to keep the cops in the chase and make it more fun. As for the cops, they are obviously using maps and know where the guys are at all times. They are not supposed to, but it is very obvious as they never seem to miss where Buggs and Polecat are and always find them when they would have gotten away in all reality.
