Where do the buzzards spawn

They don't exactly spawn. First, you need to complete the Story and eventually over at Yusuf's Helipad in Algonquin will ALWAYS spawn a Golden Buzzard. It's always there after the Story and/or 100% Completion. It's nothing special because of that.

@@LethalVaccine Thanks and that's weird how they never spawn in tbogt... Nor do the annihilators

The Annihilator is found during this Mission OR, you can obtain one from a 6 Star Wanted Level. True for IV, TLaD, and TBoGT. All Annihilator's can be obtained the same way. I show that harder Method in another Video. Or, in IV, if you do all 200 Pigeons, you always have an Annihilator spawning on the MeTV Building in Algonquin.
