This is awesome but I know what else would be cool for CJ to purchase from bully SE he should buy The Beach Clubhouse lighthouse aka The Preps Hideout and make him wear a Aquaberry sweater or aquaberry vest wearing tan dress pants and light brown dress shoes No hat No sunglasses to see how that turns out for a mod and add a save location next to the same bed where Jimmy Hopkins sleeps at I wanna see that next :) 👍

Why does it say Diaz's mansion. It should've said Tommy's mansion or the Vercetti Estate will be available to purchase once you take over all of Starfish Island.

Because it originally was Diaz Mansion, you just take it over in GTA VC after killing him.
