it adds new Agencies whilst adding back three agencies that were removed from 3.0, including FIB Police, Noose Security Enforcement Police (SEP), and Los Santos Airport Police, other things ive noticed in prev vids with this expansion include the FIB SWAT gets their RIOT armored truck back, the Army has their Insurgent back (including minigun turret verson), Port authority Police makes an actual responsive return alongside the Merryweather Areas (think Pella might have given thema K9 unit too).
