I played and completed gta 5 on i3 5500 hd intel 4gb Ram The game (gta 5 ) were like 10-15 fps on city roads and 25 to 30 on forest or uncrowded areas. And you can say that it was playable. Now gta 4, it worked and work smoothly

Just turn off every settings in windows security and even turn off the antivirus....then you can reinstall the setup ....as this windows security vanishes all the harmful files from the gta v folder
