GTA Vice City - Converting Vehicles into EC/EC2 Black

GTA Vice City Definitive Edition EC Green vehicles: "EC Green Vehicles". These vehicles are exclusive to DE (Definitive edition) after version 1.03.These vehicles are "glitched" and not supposed to look like that.Let's take for example the EC (Exclusive Colour) Black Voodoo from the mission "Two Bit Hit" on DE after 1.03 the vehicle will look like a traffic default coloured vehicle, but when you store it in a garage and reopen it it becomes "EC Green".Grove Street Games for some unknown reason just removed EC Black vehicles after 1.03. The vehicles from the EC Black conversion work the same way."EC Pink" Applies to Secondary colours for example the Idaho's roof. No need to ever get a Black Vehicle (except Stretch) that exists from a Mission, if you ask me, lol...The Conversion is only good for OTHER Models OUTSIDE of the Missions!

I'll be sure to let you know how it goes, I did get to come across some cool little details along the way though like how for some reason during 'Cash Clash' the random Yakuza gang members on the street carry pump shotguns and M4's instead of the usual pistols

Yeah it's not something you would be pay much attention to, especially as Cash Clash is pretty much the shortest mission in the game, it only takes 30 seconds to destroy the Securicar's and finish the mission, I guess I'll try and catch it on camera when I attempt to complete the madness of LCS again, I've just been messing around with EFLC on Rpcs3 earlier today trying to get the fps higher than 15 🤔🤞😎

Sounds awful. I get pretty constant 30. There's a Patch to unlock 60 FPS, too, in all of those PS3 GTA's on RPCS3. I've tried it. Works, stays around 50-60 pretty consistently, too.

If you want, but there is no reason to convert a Washington to EC Black considering there already is one from the Story and can pass the Mission to get it. This Conversion uses OM0 and adds TWO Attempts per Vehicle converted, even when passed, so yeah, best to get it from the Mission.

Do you know all the vehicles that depend on versions because you can have an EC Black Baggage Handler on ps2 but can't on other platforms etc...

You also can't have a Black Seasparrow on Mobile and others, cuz I tried it for that dumb DP/EP/EC Conversion nonsense, didn't work even for Black, like it does on PS2, which I have one in one of my Saves. Better look quick, because those Videos are being deleted soon and I will NOT be doing 96868 Saves on PS2 again just for useless CONVERSION Vehicles. I will only be doing two Saves. Not five plus. But yeah, I don't know all of those differences, nor would anything else fit in my Description. 5,000 Character Limit and all. It's at what? 4,850 or so at this point...A sentence or two more can be written and that's it. This is why comments and stuff and people can read to find more information...

Ok I will test about the ped and will tell you the results when I can but I can confirm the coversion DOES work after 1.03 and they will become EC Green when stored

BUT, when obtained and put into a Garage, they will become some Bright Neon Green or Hot Pink Color. Some bug and side effect to EC Black Vehicles. If you obtain the EC Black Vehicles on Patch 1.02 or lower and also then update to 1.03 or higher, ALL of your EC Black Vehicles will be affected by this bug!*

They are because those Pink or Green Colors DO NOT SPAWN in Traffic and you can not acquire them from a Pay and Spray. There is only ONE condition this is met, though. Play DE. Be on Patch 1.02 or below FIRST and obtain all EC Black Vehicles. Then update to 1.03 or beyond, and now all the EC Black Vehicles inside Garages are EC Pink and EC Green. Only can be done this way. You can't be on 1.03 or higher and obtain EC Black Vehicles there because they are not EC Black anymore in the actual Missions. ...They are EC...

9 of them and the only ones I care for on PS2 since...Mobile and EP/EC Black, and even sometimes DP and random EC's. So I rather all the "Black Vehicles" on Mobile now. I only did 9. Packer, Linerunner, Trashmaster, Securicar, Baggage Handler, Coast Guard, Speeder, Dinghy, and Sea Sparrow. Most of these, because they don't fit in Ocean Heights Garage for EP/EC Black Conversion OR because they are BLACK on PS2 and just Black Particle crap on Mobile. So yeah...Even if I have a Sea Sparrow with the EP Property, it's still not Black looking on Mobile, so, got it for PS2, don't want it for Mobile. Mobile is "everything else" I didn't name here, as EP/EC, or DP/EP/EC.

@@LethalVaccine I made a list of vehicles that depend on platforms for EC Black conversion 1-Baggae Handler-EC Black only on ps2 2-Seasparrow-Can't me made EC Black only on mobile (on other platforms only its rotors will be black) 3-Securicar-Can't be made EC Black only on mobile 4-Kaufam Cab-Can't be made EC Black only on PC, and on DE after 1.03 the Kaufam Cab will look white but will still have black particles so it is an EC Black vehicle but it won't look like one

For me on PS2, the Sea Sparrow has a Black Tail, Door Handles and Sides of the "Glass" Cage, and also those little circular objects connected to the rotors. It looks awesome on PS2. Doesn't change on PC, Mobile and likely DE, etc... Yeah, my Securicar looks like the one in GTA III with Black Trims here on PS2, but looks the same as normal on Mobile... Exactly!
