Revolution Team, your work on the GTA Vice City Next Gen Edition is absolutely phenomenal! The way you’ve managed to integrate the original cutscene animations, classic Original Xbox Vice City characters, and definitive edition buildings into the GTA IV engine is incredible. Adding the neon lights from Vice City Stories along with all the original missions from Vice City truly makes this a dream project for fans. I was impressed by how you included the scene of the 'Harwood Butcher' Incident (1971) in the trailer - a fantastic touch that adds even more depth to the experience. That's the result of ENB mods in GTA IV unfortunately, they make the interiors look pretty bad. Unless they made it themselves I doubt they're gonna mess with that.

Old gta games used to have shadows as models overlays, then the game industry changed all that by using lightmaps... And now the don't even use lightmaps lol

@theemptyprod.1360 It absolutely doesn't look like PS2 VC to me. So far I've only seen this one weather type that hardly resembles anything from the original. The game features a wide variety of weather types that look drastically different from each other. Bloom and trails are missing too.

@@youtubeaccount_20 , неа, ремастер должен был быть на движке Rage, с полностью переписанными скриптами, а не тупо старые механики наложить на unreal engine 4. Благо этот проект построен на правильной концепции ремейка (пусть и на движке от gta4..)

Revolution team? The guys that were making that vice city 2 right? I was watching the scene back in 2011 with vice city rage and MrDeaglos. It was vanilla vice city but the team broke up. Now you're making it! With missions as well! Amazing! Don't mess this up. Have you managed to correct the interiors with exterior? For example Diaz mansion? I remember the proportions were different. That's why there were loading screens. So you had to modify the whole building. I also remember your team was making some high quality buildings for ocean beach. Did you replace them with definitive edition's?

It's just weapon models from DE with original IV Sounds. Only the Kruger was retextured to Ruger
