I've seen this before. To me, it just proves Itachi was an obsessively compulsive perfectionist😂 The egg wasn't picturesque? Restart. Must wash the pan, meticulously cook egg the same way again, repeat. That doesn't work? Try a different style of egg😂 Same thing. Like others have said, this does also exemplify how Itachi tried to handle things with the Leaf and Sasuke. Tried to do everything himself in the way he thought was best, but in the end he was wrong. What was best was relying on others to help out. The second egg yolk in the last egg was Naruto, and represented the best possible future for Sasuke
