This is a modification, that will bring you back to Vice City of 80's, but on this time it will be on GTA IV (RAGE) engine.

This is how GTA Vice City will look like if it was developed for the PS3/Xbox360 from the beginning; great skill and craftsmanship, the game looks amazing! It is unfortunate that there are no peds, animals, side missions or any story missions of any kind. It is stuck in alpha/beta stage; maybe the next GTA can recreate Miami, Tampa, and Pensicola FA in a more realistic way than ever before. GTA V feels massive, but the city area is a small fraction of the entire map; most of the map represents wasteland, dessert and mountains. GTA IV , even though smaller in area, had more of a urban feel than did GTA V. Las Venturas and San Fiero should have been added to the map along with Blaine county.

yes that's what I mean too. It's probably because the IV engine handles sounds differently than the VC engine, I think :)

Pretty sure that's cause they're converted from the actual San Andreas or even Vice City noises. I'd imagine they don't work properly with the way IV handles sounds/engine RPMs...

This is strictly a mod for GTA IV Episodes from liberty city, GTA SA RAGE is a GTA IV Original Modification, To Obtain this mod or GTA SA Rage you must have the base game (PC ONLY) with the mod auto installer...And of course a very great PC.

You're obviously the one that hasn't played any of these games, the SA comet definately has another rear window/rear end as the VC comet, search on google: "GTA Vice City Comet" and "GTA San Andreas Comet". I'm 1000% sure these cars differ atleast slightly!
