Grand Theft Auto: Vice City is a 2002 action-adventure game developed by Rockstar North and published by Rockstar Games. My question is why game developers who get paid to make these games for these companies cant make stuff like this but other people/modders can???? How is the modder community WAAAYYYYY more talented than the individuals who make the actual game is crazy to me. Because mainstream corporations aren't made by the original developers who have actual passion for these games. Usually they hire temporary jobs to freelance developers to make their games. If you weren't part of the original games creation you likely will lack the passion or at the very least you will want to make your own vision of the game.

Remaking Gta vc would be long and expensive, moreover nowadays they can't be as open as years ago, you know agenda and so on. Lol i was expecting exactly what we got, i knew the graphics would be minor improvments with some fuk ups (character models), i knew there be bugs and glitches and everyone knew about removed music. I'd like to also salute rockstar games as i still play the original vice city on a windows xp pc, 1680x1050 22 dell screen properly color tuned, and the original game from 20 years ago still looks amazing, the lights and colors create an amazing 80s vibe that still doesn't feel dated.
