The worker ped with the orange/red hard hat can look like a clown's wig when you look at it on a smaller screen for me. Lower res of a psp and it's small screen could have tricked your friend. Or he was the clown for making this story up xd

I'll never forget staying up till 3 AM on a school night when I was 13 years old in my bedroom with Rag Doll by Aerosmith on the radio, playing this on the PSP and killing people on this Ferris wheel with a fire axe. Good times

This last myth was very cool! There are more nyths in vice city stories for 2 more seasons. In liberty city stories there are myths for one more season. Btw in GTA vice city there are similar myths to that - Ice cream man or Penywise. There is myth about the Pogo clown or the ice cream woman from the Cherry popper factory. Keep it up! I don't have patience for the next gta myths.

Actually the creepy part of this myth is that when you get to the centre shaft of the Chunder wheel Vic won't fall there is an invisible floor although we can tell its part of the game but its still an odd place to be
