Ruiner2000 missiles are better but only by a small amount.
Both the ruiner and deluxo all use a flag called "IgnoreHomingCloseThresholdCheck" which stops them from losing the target after they go past a specific angle (allowing them to spin around the target).
The deluxo actually uses oppressor mk1 missile stats but the ruiner uses custom stats which idk where they're located. But the deluxo somehow changes the accuracy of the missiles along the way because they're definitely not as bad the mk1.
And also scramjet and vigilante both have their own custom missiles except they're the exact in every way. so technically the deluxo and ruiner ones are unique.

Ruiner missiles never miss unless the person the missile is after is a a modded or is behind a building

a counter to any missile is the thruster sll you have to do is fly in a straight line and they explode Just outside the hitbox

Seeing either of the missiles heading in your direction is scary and you're already dead if you're not in a vehicle or an aircraft that can outrun them until they blow up.

Ruiner's seem to have a tighter turn because they apparently move slower while turning

Deluxo missiles have moderately more pull when turning compared too mk2 missiles

​@@pawelk411 The only difference between them is that deluxo ones don't lose target lock once the direction angles are too far from the target, where as MK2 ones do. If you lines 2 MK2s up really close facing eachother, pointed one down and fired a lock on missile, it will to a full loop around and hit possibly end up hitting you because it has such high threshold angles before losing target lock. That's my experience with it, that and knowing the config values :)

@@conkerconk3 the deluxo ones turn a bit better, and thats since deluxo doesnt have to do a spin on mk2 often while mk2 needs to spin on the mk2 after miss. mk2 misses and sometimes turn around while deluxo doesnt miss in the 1st place. also try them while facing a dive bombing jet, deluxo ones do way better

Yes it does the missiles do a 180 and hit the MK2

There are ways for oppressor mk2 to dodge deluxo missiles but they have to be still and descend a little then fly off before the missile self destructs but at that point you already launch another missile at them and they ain’t getting away from another missile

Ruiner 2000 are used when there’s 3-4 opressors in a lobby why its called the opressor griefers worst nightmare since you cant lock onto it and it has better missiles than you The deluxo however is used when there’s only 1 or 2 opressors in the lobby why its called the mosquito swatter but they both have the same missiles think of a deluxo a combination of the mk2 and ruiner it has the flying of a opressor mk2 and the missiles of a ruiner

the only difference between mk2 and deluxo missiles is that deluxo ones dont lose their target, they just spin around it. the tracking is the same for both of them. but ruiner missiles definitely are a tad bit better than deluxo and they also have more complex features than just "not losing the target" too, if the angle between the missile's direction and the target reaches a specific amount, it suddenly gains the ability to turn faster (like at 2:07). and also, missiles are better at turning left and right, but worse at moving/pitching up and down. :)

There are ways to dodge deluxo missiles if your in let’s say your own deluxo and another one is heading towards you in the sky but not to high the missile will try to track you but end up hitting the ground also keys are able to dodge ruiner missiles by going in circles but I’ve had it where ruiner missiles still hit me even in a jet but if the jet is coming straight at you and your in a ruiner best you fire the missile will turn so violently that it will hit the jet almost no matter what but obviously that depends on how far you are and how fast there reaction time is but when they try to turn the missile is basically heading in a straight line and is going to most likely hit them also because the ruiner missiles turn so violently they will never loose track the only time any missile if it’s ruiner or deluxo missiles will loose track is if your underwater cause when the missile hits water it just goes straight until it explodes I’ve never actually seen someone evade a deluxo missile not underwater it just turns too violently that the missile will keep tracking until it explodes and when missiles reach there end time and make the big explosion that big explosion will do damage

In my opinion they are all the same it’s physically impossible to dodge them that munch to the point where they self-destruct and even if they do the missile is close enough for explosion to kill you and for the ppl who say that the missiles on the mk 2 are the same as the deluxo etc are smoking something cuz the oppressor mk2 missiles they don’t do loops the the mk2, stromberg and toreador share the same missile tracking
