Almost, toreador and Stromberg missiles actually have highly aggressive tracking too but the missiles themselves just fly a bit slower than deluxo, ruiner, scramjet and vigilante missiles and also have half the lock on range.

Deluxo, vigilante, ruiner and the scramjet all have the best missiles in the game hence why they only take 1 rocket to destroy but almost anyone can dodge a missile in those vehicles using their special abilities (unless they go up against each other)

There is no way you can dodge those missiles... they are literally the best in the game and they keep doing those absurd turns until it hits the target. Only way to avoid them is using a Jet or flying upside down with the Opp. Mk2.

I personally believe the oppressor mk1 should get a small buff in missle accuracy since they're required to be unlocked through research. Not only that, it's pretty difficult defending yourself from mk2s

I own an MK2 so let me give you some GTA life saving knowledge. whenever you spot an MK2, immediately boost up towards it whilst doing whatever shit you can think of in the air! I know this because the MK2's lock on is absolutely ass when even slightly close to someone airborne.

Toreador/Stromberg have the 2nd best missiles in the game and also have the most aggresive ones, also its the only car with good missiles that can survive more than one missile

The ruiner is a great car, and probably my favorite car. The only downsides is the price and the amount of missies, which only gives you 8 before you need to respawn it to get more.

@@leoshadow With good skills, it isn't too hard to dodge the missles, make use of the jump and parachute feature to your advantage, it helps out a lot during combat

@@solouso2936 nowadays everyone have the Railgun, it's so easy to die from it. Also, ruiner is kinda slow and don't have boost or fly feature. Literally so easy to get killed while using this car

Deluxo flies smooth and its missiles are deadly. The other cars don't fly- they jump or glide a few for seconds. Deluxo for the win. Plenty of missiles, too.

The ruiner 2000 rockets actually has slightly better turning then the deluxo scramjet and viglanti as I tested it the ruiner 2000 rockets also turn curve tighter then the deluxo etc hence why it’s better but not by much but fully loaded ruiner well let’s just say it’s not a good day for anyone and when the fully loaded is up you know shots going down.

Most of the time if it’s a Toreador vs Stromberg fight, the Stromberg will almost always win 90% of the time.

If you do a comparison ruiner 2000 vs other vehicles against the cops, you will see a big difference in the tracking

But yeah, it has the fourth best armor as nightshark but with missile jammer, you are almost invincible in that car (Until you were killed by a random player with fmj bullets, and the enemie stole your car)

Vigilante is like the rocket car but with missiles, so I would leave it aside in mind of usage but scramjet jumping and boost while ruinner got jumping and parachute, I would go to boost as for speed and fun but is the ruiner faster normally that scramjet ? 😅

⁠@@ricardomorales6701it’s a VIP work that you activate where you have to take out targets with a Ruiner and it has infinite missiles and takes a lot of rockets to destroy and it’s called Fully loaded so people call it the fully loaded Ruiner

​@@ricardomorales6701 when you own the ruiner you can spawn a special version that can take more than 10 rockets and and have infinity ammo unlike the one you own that only have 8 You go to secroservo then vip work the chose fully loaded and you can have it for 20min

"Fully Loaded" is a VIP Work mission in GTA Online. You get a Ruiner 2000 with unlimited rockets and have to destroy ten turreted vehicles. Rewards are between $20,000-$25,000.
