Quick advice: If CJs sexappeal is high enough, the girlfriends will date him no matter what he looks like. To increase sexappeal quickly just get CJ a tattoo over and over again until the stat reaches 50%. Then drive a sports car to achieve 100% Cheers.

@@scottridler6912 Collecting all oysters will permanently nullify all requirements of girlfriends. Namely, Helen only dates CJ if he is thin. After collecting all oysters the player can make CJ muscular or fat but Helen will date him as if he was thin. Moreover, after every successful date, the girlfriends will invite CJ for coffee.

Fun fact: Their actually used to be 7 girlfriends in the game that CJ could interact and go out with but it got removed for difficulty reasons! GTA San Andreas is personally one of my most favorite GTA games but GTA 5 is my favorite I’m currently trying to play every single GTA game in the world and get 100% on the games.
