Can’t agree more. Wouldn’t mind some additional in-depth movies on the side though. So we can dive in some deeper in some of the information if we want to (like, how did this replan work, how did it manage sickness and etc).

4:39 I'm trying to imagine how Humango in Drill Sergeant mode would respond to James accidentally pressing the lap split button in his swim session: "The Sponsor has issued you a perfectly good sports watch, Private Cunama. And yet you have failed abysmally to use it properly. Now drop and give me 20."

It was a great race! Was my first taste of triathlon, I did the Aquabike (recently tore my ACL on road to Barcelona Ironman) the course was mega but the bike was tough that one big climb for a bigger guy like me, nice work on the day James!

I love the channel and all the presenters and I have a lot respect for James, and while it's possible James could get in good enough shape to qualify for the championship, I'm very doubtful he will achieve that goal, and if he is able to make it, who won't do well. He doesn't have the honest desire to do it. If he really had the fire and need to do it, I believe he not only could, but would have done it already.

Really great video and as I already said looking forward to part two. I also tried HumanGo , I really liked the running workout. The bike workout started really hard, had to ask Hugo to lower my FTP in the program. I needed one warm up to do the warm up. I really understand that your private Tri coach at home, made one longer workout for you. They were way too easy and short in the program. Sometimes I took the idea in HumanGo and made a longer workout. The program is not bad but I prefer my coach. Next season I will be back in his team again. Thank you for the inspiration you all in GTN give me and them who follow you. // Marie-Louise

A lifetime of endurance exercise has likely left him with pretty good muscle memory. Plus James did say he had been running, which is probably the hardest of the disciplines to pick up at short notice.

Hi guys, Need help badly. New to cycling. 6 months training, but there are some weeks I can't get training due to life and other commitments. Did my first triathlon a few Weeks ago, Olympic distance. I've a big problem where by 30kms in, I'm feeling completly out of energy. Legs have no energy, and I feel like I'd love to slump onto the handlebars. It's not that I'm going too fast ( I'm reaching 20kmh in distance) Today, this happened at around the 28- 30km mark. For breakfast, I had a big bowl of porridge with a banana thrown into it. Also before that, I had two small pancakes, with butter and jam. While on the bike, I had water with orange juice through it. Why am I hitting the wall so early?? Its not that I'm underfuelled, I'm not dehydrated either. I'm 6ft 2 @ 100kg, so I know my weight right now isn't ideal for cycling, but surely I shouldn't be bonking this soon. Any advice or tips ??
