Actually, I don't. GTO is a great memory to me. I've read the manga for the spin offs, and it honestly feel like it's too much. GTO is amazing, but there is a limit to how far you can go with Onizuka. His style limit him to gangster, and he won't ever do thing another way. What I would love is a season for "hammer session". Same concept, diffferent MC. You're following Yazwa Yuu, a young con artist, after he escape the police by blind luck. He hides himself in a school and strike a deal with the teacher living on campus that is supposed to start working soon. He'll go and work in his place, and the teacher hides him. Yuu end up teaching the problem class and use his abilities to calm things down. another one I'd like to see would be the story of Nagisa from assassination classroom after the main story. The few seconds of screen he had to end the series where really interesting.
