Features the grade as it passes through the remains of the siding at Ellis Station with rock cuts, high embankments and a rare wooden box culvert to a crossing of Ellis Road.

Sorry. Lots of railway and only so much time! Hopefully,if the weather cooperates, I’ll be able to hike two more sections of this line in the fall. Did a drive last week and I’m doing another next week and between the two I’ll have scouted ahead 50 miles for future explorations.

Doing my best. Hopefully I can get those two hikes done this fall as I have a few loose ends to clean up from previous hikes and there are a few on the Kinghorn Sub I have to do as well. If all goes to plan, I have quite a number planned for the spring and fall of 2025. This line does get tricky past Raith as there are only a handful of access roads between there and Sioux Lookout. I’m going to have to ATV the last 110-120 miles.
