@@VespaMotorsport Ηello i have a piaggio beverly 200 model i have around 150.000 kilometers made so far ,the last days was a little hard to fire up the scooter i thought it was the battery,i change it the same again i opened the transmition box to see if was something blocking the engine and i noticed that the crankshaft was almost impossible to move by hand even with the spark plug off the engine,i want your opinion ,can i check something?.The motor has oil and water fluid as i always check them.Thank you and merry christmas,happy new year

Oh yes! thank you so much for this post. I had removed mine to give access to replace the GTV Starter/Kill switch. I thought I'd popped off three sockets & couldn't figure out where the hell they came from. I've just watched your video & there they are, accessory connectors, how would we know? I've spent hours wondering how I had unplugged three connectors & where from? Brilliant video. Thanks. Thanks, I crashed my GTS 150 a while ago. Just got it out from the body shop with fresh paint on both sides, now gonna do the trim replacement :)

I have that same bike, 2007, with the same body damage minus the dent. Unfortunately I also cracked off the corner of the leg shield (pice where the left lower screw goes) and just got your quote back for over $500 since the panel has to come from Italy. Ouch. Beautiful scooters but dang expensive to repair. I think I may let the broken corner piece give it some character. I will though, be replacing the trim since I lost a huge piece. Thanks for the 411 on how to do that and for the part! Replacing it with the black trim for a nice clean black on black look. I hope it's not as hard as some say. And the side damage...well I ordered a nice racing sticker for that too. :D

JEEEZ had to use JB WELD on quite a few dirt bike engine cases over the years. Hell, even rode my KLR 650 45000+ miles with a dime size'd hole I filled with JB weld. If done right it will hold for the life of the scooter, maybe even the life of the owner.

BE ADVISED! Remove the Foot Pegs. I broke the Floorboard during the re-install trying to "pop" the Floorboard past the aft end of the Foot Peg.

Just tape up scooter and paint it’s a bit of trim all that for trim
