GTA 5 is extremely well optimized, i remember being shocked getting 40-60 fps at 4k with a GTX 960 4gb at high settings, oh and fun fact, if your playing at 4k u should turn off MSAA, and AA. that stuff destorys GTA frame rate on almost all cards.

Holy shit that was a lot of tearing at 8k very high. I had a MSI 1080 Ti gaming. It served me well for almost 3 years and then it started dying. Programs that put a load on the card started crashing randomly. Luckily I had 3 years warranty on it with a couple months to spare. I only got 80% of the cost refunded because I had been able to use it for so long. Fair enough I guess. I got a cheap RTX 3070 upgrade. :)

Online would be a CPU test, since the GPU can deliver the same FPS because the game's graphics don't change. What changes is the player count, mods, etc and all of that is CPU intensive. Give it a fast enough CPU and you'll see the same FPS in online and SP! But I don5 think that CPU exists yet :)

They capped theirs at 30 FPS if you watch more benchmarks it will show the same results

Because most streamers don't know anything about properly setting up their displays and stuff and they try to record at like 30000 bitrate, again, because they don't know much about that kind of thing and will listen to any random person who says they know tech stuff. Plus, they usually cap their fps so their is no dropped frames, which is actually really important for a smooth stream. I had a 1070 and fiddled around with streaming for a few weeks and I played at 1080p High on every game and had a 4500 bitrate (6000 is the max on twitch) and had a 1080p60 Stream and in games i hit 90-100fps. Proper settings and optimization is all it takes to either make or break a card

@@deadly_mir 6000 might be the max bit it's still not that clean of an image tbh. I'd at least use 8000 kbit/s just to be sure, depending on how much bandwidth you have. Try and record with that bitrate and look at the footage. It will be quite pixelated in fast pased scenes

I have a Radeon r9 Fury Sapphire and i have almost everything except for motion blur at max settings. with v-sync it is locked at 60fps, with v-sync off I can get around 130fps. This game is pretty well optimized except for high frame rights.

Thank you! I love it! It is overclocked to 1070Mhz as a daily but it can go to 1180 before crashing, my version has 500Mhz of HBM memory that is non overclockable but there are other versions that have 512mhz and are overclockable. I have it in a Liam Lii case with their vertical mount and it stays at 65-69 degrees Celsius at full load with my custom fan profile. I plan on keeping it for a long time. It would be interesting to see what you could do with it though 🤔

It's because GTX 1080 has 8gb memory if you see closely in the benchmark more than 9gb of v ram is used and GTX 1080 only has 8gb so it stutter like hell and the 1080ti didn't stutter bcz it has 11gb memory

Instead of using VSync you should cap your fps using either nvidia's or amd's software to set an fps cap for a specific game, about 150-160fps to eliminate most stutters.
