But i need a new desktop so i was thinking on building something budget. But i don't think An i3 is good choise right now is it?

On PC I never find lobbies personally, for mw2 I would try IW4X, probably has more users

Nah bro just crack those games. Not worth buying to play online. If you wanna play online then play Rainbow Six Siege or get COD CW. Trust me you'll find lobbies really easily.

yeah bro even gt 710 will get you above 80 fps i got 60 fps in my old intel hd laptop with 6gb ram in lowest graphics 1080p so in gtx 1650 you will have above 100 ultra settings 1080p easy peasy

Should have tested codm on the gameloop emulator, also the showcase is still kinda bad because the framerate was mostly capped and you didn't test some more intense framedropping moments, you also didn't play multiplayer on the older cods, while all cods from 2008 to 2014 are completely playable on cod clients like plutonium and iw4x for free.

1650-1650 super Fps difference on max settings: 7-12fps On lower settings upto 10-16
