I had Ozbuilt 4x4 chop mine and the workmanship is nothing like yours. Panels not matching, shocking welds, warped and the amount of silicon used would seal a house. Happy to see a professional at work

Nice work. Not to be critical, but adding undulated ribs would stiffen the rear panel. You could still add a section of ribbed tray to below the window.

Awesome work mate. Please if you can add More details of the steps by steps before cutting example , remove interior,chairs , floor cover etc etc . Detail of welding and thickness of the plate your using to cover the back of the truck. Appreciate more depth detail of your work. Looking forward to new videos

all the interiour is removed for us by the customer, but i will see how i go making some more detailed videos in the future. check out out next video on a GU dual cab, has a little bit more detail on the inside but we use a factory single cab ute wall and graft it onto the back.

Is there a welding between B poles and rear doors? or do you just left rubber seals and hinges?

You should have used the rear off the wagon part, then it looks more factory and you have factory glass in it.

The way that's done will accumulate dirt and moisture under the rear doors and will rot out the rear cab corners in no time. It looks good now bit not for long.

we have done quite a few now and for us its not a overly hard job, we custom make all the tray mounts and its all done to Victorian engineers recommendations and needs.
