It leads you to a big open area that will temporarily store water during a storm event! It's totally safe during a sunny day 😁

@@ronaldrollins9149 This is shaft #1. This is the last vertical shaft prior to the pressure adjusting water tank, water will then be temporarily stored and released back to the river by pumps.
