Gualin Estate on the loch

When my friend and I fished in Scotland we would have liked a lady ghillie, a very charming pleasant person indeed. And good at her job.

Hi again Mr Mazo That loch is probably one of the most scenic places I have ever fished, the video did not do the day justice and the ghillie was full of good advice and historical stories of the area and she worked hard to try get us fish.. But with old age comes a problem I cannot remember her name but wish her all the best . Cheers Iain

whys Peter not ghillie. has he left Gualin?

Hi Douglas I think Peter is still there . the video was recorded last year when I was invited by Stuart to fish the Dionard and stay with his sister Gill.... We hadn.t fished there before and we had the pleasure of the young lady as a ghillie for that day.we found her to be very helpful and her knowledge of the loch was excellent she kept us entertained with information and story,s of the area...... But old age has crept in and I am sorry that I can not remember her name.. Cheers Iain

Sadly I no longer get up to fish the Gualin. I have a lot of memories there, good days and bad days but good never the less.
