Hi! I'm from Singapore and I'm going to Guangzhou next year, but I'm concern about how I can make credit card payment there as I don't have any Chinese banks. And I also heard that they don't accept cash at some places? :) So do you have any tips on that? Thanks!

Hello, Nice to meet you here! You can try downloading an Apps called Wise. Register an account first and then use PayNow to transfer money from your local bank account to your Wise account. It will charge a processing fee when you convert to another currencies. Once you have your wise account, you can link it to your AliPay or WeChat pay based on your preference. I always use WeChat to pay everything in China cuz unlike AliPay, WeChat doesn’t charge for extra processing fee when I made payments.
