Shouldn’t need a broom stick. If you open your rear seat passthrough and put your hand directly up, there is a yank lever with a handle up inside rear trunk. To manual open the trunk!

Mine works with the key fob, no broken wires, is not a blown fuse. But it still wont open when I press the button. What could it be?

Has to be in the button if the wires from it are fine and if you can pop the trunk with the fob.

My 2006 can open with key fob, but won’t open with the button. fuse is good. Help!
