It is alright to not be able to solve some questions, DILR tends to be on the difficult side. Evaluate the difficulty of the set by checking the analysis of that exam online. Both books serve different purposes. Arun Sharma's book has base-level to advanced-level questions for the practice of each section. Oswaal Books is a compilation of past year questions and sample questions in mocks. Using AS books will be better if you want to prepare from the basics.
