I know he's a massive fan, and I've always been curious about his specific opinions on their music. Also, TMBG just released a major new album a few weeks ago, and I'd love to hear how Neil thinks that album compares to the older TMBG stuff.

I saw the movie a few days ago in theaters, I thought it was absolutely fantastic and all the little references and callbacks were just great to see. The new characters are great additions too, and overall I personally love how they continued the story of Ghostbusters. I haven’t finished listening yet but I just wanted to give my thoughts on the movie anyway!

Thank you! The whole "Ghostbusters is just a comedy, why are they doing THIS with it?" thing really bothered me. I was nine years-old in 1984. I remember the first time that I saw the Ghostbusters trailer during a matinee of "Splash". It captured my imagination immediately, "People that can fight and capture ghosts? Sold"! I've enjoyed all things Ghostbusters, even the (deeply flawed) 2016 movie. I walked out of Afterlife feeling a little disappointed about a few things... then I realized that was kind of my fault for having watched the original film approximately 8000 times in my life.

I’ve been going through a lot this week emotionally, and I felt sucky the entire day. I had the urge to watch every single Guaranteed Video skit, so I sat down, doodled, and watched as much as I could. i just watched the movie a few days ago, honestly one of the worst movies I've seen. It's incredibly rushed and leaves out many scenes that would be important to the story, while at the same time including a bunch of scenes that don't really mean much. I also think they didn't do a good job with the characters, they're quite boring and predictable, nothing really special about them and not the characters you really relate to. Those are just my thoughts of the film though.
