Neil’s story about winning a Goosebumps game from Disney Adventures reminded me of winning a signed copy of Animorphs 15 from a B Dalton. Read a bunch of the books but I couldn’t tell you anything about that one anymore.

That's the shark one they mention. Shark brains aren't big enough so Visser One is making smart sharks in an underwater facility, and yes that's the plot to the Samuel L. Jackson shark movie where he gets eaten mid-monologue. Also Marco already knows Visser One is his mom, and they're helped by Erik the Chee, the robot dog pacifists who can project holograms, because these books are sick as hell.

1:10:03 This is the Final Fantasy 7 of Animorph games, and probably all book adaptations. Everyone is polygonal in that chunky way, the combat is turned based, you have a set party you explore with and rotate between characters, but best of all, you can beat the absolute stupid out of so many enemies. Worst of all, there are puzzles. A lot of them. Oh fuck some still haunt me when I think about this game. Lasers...and mirrors.
