if the blue smile vial is true then plage doctor made it,remember laura story she was in shivering mountain,maybe balock is a true archdemon awaken by chosen one priests like every expedition boss

The blue vial is most likely connected to the cult collecting Blue Gem Bugs, this was part of lore from another Curio I had forgotten to cover. Plague Doctor isn't involved in expedition whatsoever, he experiments for the sake of trying to find a way to break the timeline loop as well, not for the Chosen One.

Remember salty pasta sub quest plague doctor did transform a common demon into a abomination, maybe he give it tech to chosen one cult

In that quest, the Plague Doctor was experimenting with Labose, Labose is a dangerous virus that melts the host's body into a pulp, or transform them into an abomination if the host was feeling an extreme emotion. The cult didn't have access to Labose, if they did, it'd be even more dangerous than Abyssal Demons.

From one KZbinr to another, don’t let the sound of your voice stop you from uploading it. To this day I still don’t like how my voice sounds when I play it back through a speaker but I push through anyways. People will either accept it or move on. Don’t try to change your voice or it becomes even harder as you are now going out of your comfort zone and it just makes things harder. And as for your friends, let them laugh and push on through anyways. If anything you can put but voice and leave the text on the screen. Found your channel thanks to Oinkwoman by the way.

Honestly that part is left up for debate. However the Ice Witch was the first one who had their ice turn into the signature red color of the witches, so I'm betting on Lupina.

​​@@Bredrory I just realized though, that there are no clear back stories for the sub-bosses in areas 1& 2. (Salamandra and Goliath). While Salamandra is, in fact, secret boss like Frost Queen, appearing in hidden stage, the Goliath is the boss you could encounter in 6th trial zone in area 2.

Technically Goliath could be explained via as just an overgrown/older or bigger spider among Arachne's children. Though Salamandra, maybe they were one of the priests/cultists responsible for summoning Balock to the world? That one we don't have a real backstory for.

Simple answer is, we don't know yet. Detailed answer is, basically there's another entity influencing her madness, giving her holy power and letting her start this whole cult stuff, we don't know who this entity is, but we do know they exist.
