Guardians of Aesir Pass | Helldivers 2 Cinematic

I was playing a bit earlier with some random players and then I decided to record to see if I can make something out of it. Recorded and edited on the same day 😅 so potentially the quality is not to par with my previous Helldiver 2 cinematics. But I did explore some new editing techniques with this one.

Take my like and sub. This game practically sell itself, we'd have more divers by now if it wasnt for SONY. One day I pray we get a in game feature like footage cam/mission replay or photo mode/video mode to make it easier to make stuff like this. for those wide angle shots. Keep it up man!

Editing and camera work is top notch as always. I like this new style, as it starts to feel more narrative. I really think it would benefit from some chapter cards or narration... maybe use the POV of the Democracy Officer or Eagle pilot?

The opening scene reminds me of a J.J. Abrams production, with the bloom and lens flairs making it impossible to see what's going on. While that can be an indication of a production so large that things get changed at the last minute resulting in CGI needing to be redone in a rush with such light-fog effects used to cover up mistakes, this game doesn't need that, the in-game CGI is good as is.
