High Evolutionary thought that Rocket's mind was perfect, but the body was not. I don't think he was ever mad that Rocket was smarter, he actually seemed delighted after he showed Rocket that his idea worked. What he really wanted, or so he claims, was absolute perfection and so he was gonna figure out how Rocket's brain works and transplant that to all his future creations.

The High Evolutionary quickly rose to become one of the best and most hatable villains in a comic book movie. The actor Chukwudi Iwuiji did a fantastic job in the role. Truly saddens me that this is the last Guardians movie directed by James Gunn because it truly was such a perfect end to this phenomenal trilogy. I'm even more excited now for James Gunn's Superman: Legacy

Rocket flashbacks and him seeing his friends in heaven. Rocket saving the other animals and baby raccoons and learning he is actually one. Peter almost dying to save the music player he got from Yondu after his death so he could give it to Rocket and Groot and Mantis crying for him before Adam saves him. Drax being a dad to all the kids after losing his little girl and showing Nebula that intelligence and competence are not everything when he has heart and humor. Kraglin seeing Yondu and using his arrow with his heart. All the innocent animals that died in the movie. Mantis calming the battery beasts with compassion. Peter seeing his Grandpa again after over 30 years. Us understanding Groot when he says he loves the Guardians. There are so many amazing emotional moments in the movie. The Guardians of The Galaxy trilogy is easily the best in the MCU and also one of the greatest of all time.
