You and I don't have the first clue how the Falcons did in the draft. Neither do they. Nobody does. I've been watching NFL football for over 60 years and I've seen dozens and dozens of "can't miss" draft picks miss. I've seen undrafted free agents go to the Hall of Fame. Tom Brady was drafted in the 6th round. Ryan Leaf was the 2nd overall pick. You'll know how the Falcons did in the draft in 3 or 4 years...not before. And if you don't know what the word "choke" means...don't use it.

This is what a deep lineup can do for you: Even with the NL MVP and the Major league HR hitter, AND your best pitcher either not playing or underperforming the Braves STILL are the best team in baseball. It takes the pressure off of the players having to be 'that guy" .. Bravos in 2024 !

Solid overall, but that's two outings in a row for Tyler where he wasn't very sharp. This is what happens when you're still coming back from major surgery so let's hope he gets zeroed back in and keeps getting the uptick in velocity and hits his spots more consistently. If we can get him back to his prime level from postseason 21, an already great bullpen becomes unstoppable. Props to him for getting the first out via strikeout before getting pulled though. He may not be 100% but he is still a gamer and battling
