Losing Christian Yelich for the rest of the season hurts, but our outfield has been crazy good. Blake Perkins out on a 10-day injury as well. Yikes. Injuries have plagued this team this year/season. But again the next player up has done well. Another great example of why Pat Murphy deserves manager of the year.

Also, the Brewers just about have a complete pitching staff on the IL.

It really sucks losing MVP form Yelich. But I gotta say, these younger guys have really stepped up. This team plays with a lot of grit. We'll see if we have some post season success but for now I'm just enjoying watching this season so far. 🔥

What is up with Willie's defense the last few days. Nice win. 18 over .500 and 10 games ahead of Cinn and STL.

Willy plays everyday. He likely needs a day off in the field. I get he wants to play everyday but he could really use a day prior to an off day not out in the field.

Crew gets their 70th dub by winning the last 3 against teams already in the 70 win club! 1st place teams doing BATTLE!

The Brewers are certainly not the flashiest team in MLB. This team hustles, though. Every play. Other teams may out hit the crew, but they will not out hustle them. Young players, pay attention to this!

From George Nemitz of Green Bay, Wisconsin, boy you said the right name for Cleveland. Indians, Indiands! That's their oridinal name.

Actually their real true name is the Cleveland Naps but only fans from way back in the day will remember

Wilson better not be anywhere near a playoff roster! That dude gives up a HR every outing. He simply can't be trusted.

The Cleveland Indians were one of coolest looking teams and uniforms back in the day, along with the braves. It's shame they took that away. I'd like to know if it was actually Natives that complained or white women. When Marquette changed from Warriors to Golden Eagles, a few tribes from around here were against the change.

Can someone please help me understand why in Ueckers name do teams send the guy at 3rd on contact? I’ve seen the crew get thrown out at home SO MANY TIMES on weak ground balls it’s making me NUTZO!! Given how sports are so stat driven you can’t tell me that going on contact from 3rd makes any damn sense. Wait to see if it goes thru - then trot home.

How dare you say that name. My wife is Menomonee and thinks all these teams with tribe references changing their names to PC names is dumb AF.

When Yelich was healthy, and when he was hitting home runs, the Brewers were still losing games. It looks like we have the right combination now. You need base hitters and people that can steal bases. You need amazing defense and solid pitching. We have that now. Yelich can rest.

That was a terrible, disgusting pitching performance by Guards SP Gavin Williams. Ever since he started the season late, he has been inconsistent and it showed tonight, giving up a 3 run HR in the first, and several more before he was knocked out by the 4th. Meanwhile, the Guards late game rally was not enough resulting in a disappointing loss. Sigh☹
