​@@Bilski86Exactly, nobody thought we would be better this year than we were last year because it's essentially the same team except we replaced a hall of fame manager for a rookie manager but people seem to forget we are the youngest team in baseball so all the young guys are just developing, on top of we struck gold with our new manager, tweaked our hitting approach at the plate, and guys like Jose, josh naylor ECT. Are playing awesome and all of that adds up to a 38-17 baseball team

​@@Malo5136 I always thought the fear over this season was silly. Kwan, Gimenez, Ramirez, and Josh Naylor are all MVP-calibur players. They have a great bullpen. And a solid rotation. I figured they'd win 90-92 games. However, I didn't expect them to be THIS good after we lost Beibs and Gavin Williams. Go Guards!

He turned around to look at the fans that had been heckling him. The pitcher kept coming set before he was set in the box so he made the umpire call time twice before he was thrown a pitch. The people in the stands behind home plate were yelling at him about it.

@@andrewdwyer2456 Naylor was on fire last year till he got hurt. He still hit .308 with 97 rbi and 18 home runs and missed like 6 weeks. He’s quickly becoming one of my favorite Indians of all time. His passion is thru the roof. Other than Kenny lofton he’s probably my favorite. He’s already said he wants to play with Kwan for the rest of his career. I want to watch them for the next decade together.

As soon as I heard "Touch'em all time!" I was like oh yeah, that's Corrigan. I remember running into him in Cleveland and asking him if ever caught a foul ball in the booth and he smiled and said yes. It was a running story line that he had not yet caught one. Good guy.

Naylor has 15 dingers (That snuck up on me)! Fry just keeps hitting -- His 3 run tiebreaker in the 7th was HUGE. Jose Jose, Jose ... Jose ... Jose ...! He's better than Bonds 😁😆 How good is it to see the mustachioed rook Manzardo hitting?! Not to be a downer but McKenzie is concerning. His rotator is hurt and he is not gonna get better this year (only worse?). Gavin Williams. We need you (but don't rush it). I know some fans never happy, but it is a long season. Starting pitching won't last as is (opinion, of course). Guardians playing like they are playoff bound.

I can't believe when Shane went down for the season I was quoted as saying it's not that big of a loss he can't be that good all season with his velocity where it was and we are super deep with starting pitching. I redeemed myself at the back end of the quote by saying it's not like losing Jose Ramirez. Starters have been fugly. We need a healthy Gavin Williams asap. Unless David Fry remains being Ted Williams the rest of the season and Jose is Bonds 2.0 and Kwan keeps impersonating Ty Cobb this will cool down at some point all these perfect Runners in scoring position hitting has to level at some point and the started have to come through for the Guards. The bats have done their job would be nice for the starters to do the heavy lifting for a month or two.
