If you watched the whole debacle, Biden was at least willing to talk about the policies he would like to implement. There was a softball question for President Trump about climate change and he gave one of his worst rambling answers. He started talking about raking the forest and producing two to three times more cars to get more cars on the road. Like what? Almost every time President Trump was given the chance to speak it was very hard to follow how his answer related to the questions posed by Chris Wallace. I'm not enthusiastic to vote for either candidate this election, but if you're going off of debate substance then Joe was light years ahead of President Trump on Tuesday night.
