As a New Zealand born Australian Citizen yes we are trying to get New Zealand of the maps as we want your Prime Minister as she is WAY better than any of the ones we have had since John Winston Howard was our PM and all the rest have only been in the job for themselves. Actually yes. In actual fact the earth is represented wrong side up and what is called the northern hemisphere is made to look larger. This video is obviously a very funny tourism ad but actually there is genuine inaccuracy on world maps.

I really think the time has come to consider a westward expansion. New Zealand Aotearoa has clearly expanded beyond its boundaries and now is the time to claim our natural birthright - the island of East Aotearoa - currently called 'Australia'. Now is also the time to throw off of colonial remnants by becoming a republic, distancing ourselves from the queen, and getting rid of the name 'New Zealand' in favor of the far more suitable 'Aotearoa'.
