Stop blaming your shallow ball knowledge on the referees and the club. 1) Haaland penalty vs Chelsea:- Intention. Highlight this word. In case you didn't know, whenever a player is trying to win the ball or trying to stop a player from shooting/scoring, they should try to win the ball. But right here, Cucurella had no plan on doing that, all he tried to do was get Haaland to not jump instead of trying to clear the ball itself. He literally had 2 hands on Haaland's arm. Yes, it's not the most violent of penalties but how are people trying to defend that? If you allow defenders to just grab attackers and leave the ball, the game would get really ugly. I know it cause I've played the game and I assume that you have as well. When defenders use their hands for defending, it gets really ugly and sometimes even violent. You are gonna have MMA like battle in the penalty box. And as a result, defenders who try to impede attackers just by grabbing them should be penalized. To be honest though, I would love to hear your opinion on this subject matter. 2) Rodri vs Man Utd :- Same as above. Just look at the foul from the perspective of Away stand(you can get it on the highlight on Man City official channel). The way Højlund had around Rodri was just pathetic. He didn't move a muscle towards the ball, he tried to sabotage Rodri from winning the ball instead of fighting for the the ball, which, like I said above, is very penalty worthy. But there were 2 other fouls on Man City players in the same match in the PK box namely, Dalot on Stones and Maguire on Haaland. But with these 2 instances, unlike Højlund's, they were fighting for the ball and they did get to the ball. These 2 folks were actually way more aggressive but at least they were fighting for the ball. The way Højlund grabbed Rodri was just wicked and vile. 3) Ake's goal vs Fulham:- Man City won 5-1 and one of the goals was dodgy. And all of these pathetic bastards will surely pretend that we needed that 1 additional goal. But regardless, I'll debunk it. We conceded a similar goal last season vs Man Utd. During both instances, a player who was offside impeded the defenders of the opposite team from defending the goals without touching the ball. Either both are goals or neither are. What goes around comes around! 4) Kovacič's Red card vs Arsenal:- I'll not argue, Kovacič did deserve a red card. But you know who else did? 👉 ARS's Havertz vs Newcastle, 👉 NEW's Bruno G vs Arsenal, 👉 LIV's Konate vs Everton, 👉 TOT's Udogie vs Chelsea(for the tackle before the one he got sent off for), 👉 TOT's Romero vs Chelsea(for the tackle before the one he got sent off for), This bookings are not my opinion, it's based on the majority vote of fans of many teams. All 3 other title contenders had misjudged decision in their favor as well but people like to highlight the ones that happen to us. In fact, one such instance many didn't even mention is Hee-chan's tackle on Walker(Wolves vs City 2-1). Chan already had a yellow card and made a very late ugly tackle which was well worthy of another yellow and he had to get sent off. But no, that's not what happened, he was not penalized and he went on to score the winning goal. We were 1-1 and we would have surely won the game, but it is what it is. That leaves 1 red card misjudgment in our favor and 1 against us. But the thing is, when it was against us, we lost because of it but when it was in our favor, it didn't help us as we went on to lose the game! Talk about injustice! Now that I have debunked the cheating portion of your accusation, let me address that of the 'plastic club'. Yes, we are not a traditional team but why do we have to be? The league is not for the red cartel(UTD, LIV and ARS) to enjoy, anyone who can should be allowed to do so and we most certainly don't need your approval. Just remember that irregardless of your opinion on the subject matter, the team with 87.6% chance of winning the title is the CITYZENS! If there is any other mistake you would like me to cover, just mention it.
